Resident of Federal Capital Territory (FCT) were, monday morning greeted with political campaign posters of General Muhammadu Buhari, ahead of the 2015 election.

The campaign posters which were seen at various parts of the FCT, had the merging All Progressive Congress (APC) logo brandished on it.

The coloured posters, printed in A4 bold size have the picture of the retired General who is among the arrow head of the opposition coalition in Nigeria.

Specifically the posters were sited along the Ahmadu Bello Way, the Asokoro district, the Federal secretariat down to Maitama.

The message on the posters which is 2015: Here Comes The Only Savior For Nigeria, Gen. Muhammed Buhari  Support Buhari: The only man for the Job. It also recognised him as the APC Consensus Candidate for 2015 presidential election.

While speculations are rife that Gen. Buhari might yet again run for president come 2015, there have also been speculations that some members of the APC are fronting him as a possible consensus candidate.

Gen. Buhari had been contesting for president since 2003, 2007 and 2011.

However, the merging APC, comprising the Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN); All Nigeria Peoples Party (ANPP); Congress for Progressive Change (CPC) and a faction of the All Peoples Grand Alliance (APGA) are yet to be recognised by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) as a political party.

Still, posters of other presidential hopeful-or not- have been pasted in Abuja and some states.

Early this year, a campaign poster for President Goodluck Jonathan emerged in the FCT; also posters of Jigawa State Governor, Sule Lamido and Rivers State Governor Rotimi Amaechi as President and Vice President respective were seen some months back in the FCT.
