RESOURCERY APPOINTS NEW CHAIRMAN

One of Africa's provider of ICT solutions, Resourcery Plc, has appointed Mr. Tayo Amusan as its new chairman.

Mr. Amusan has been on the Board of Directors of Resourcery Plc since 2009, and was presented to the company's shareholders at its recent annual general meeting.

The position became vacant following the passing away of its former chairman, Professor Aliu Babatunde Fafunwa.

Mr. Amusan is described as an entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in various sectors, particularly in real estate development.

He is also the Chairman of the Persianas Group of companies, which is the premier real-estate developer in Nigeria, specializing in Retail Infrastructure. Persianas' flagship project, The Palms Shopping Mall in Lekki, Lagos, is regarded as the benchmark for retail development in West Africa. Mr. Amusan graduated in Business Administration from the University of Atlanta, USA.
