In a statement signed by Agwu's media department, the international comedian who just returned from the UK where he went to shoot the video of latest his hip hop hit single, said the reason why this year's event is moving to the Expo Centre is to give more of his fans the opportunity to enjoy the show better. "Yes, MUSON has played host to Crack Ya Ribs for a long time, in fact, since inception, but last year's edition witnessed a heavy turnout so much so that we were faced with a little challenge, that is why we are moving to a bigger place. And of course, Expo Centre is giving us some little support that we appreciate so much."

Unlike last year, this year's comedy fiesta has been aptly described as "Comedy Armageddon" and is expected to feature top comics such as I Go Dye, Gandoki, Daniel D' Humorous from the oil rich city of Port Harcourt, Rivers State, and Senator and Osama, Lepacious Bose, Klint Da Drunk, Funny Bone among others.

Multiple award winner, hip hop star Tu Face, rave of the moment 9ice, U K based juju artiste Mr. Solek and fuji music superstar Adewale Ayuba and the current musical rave in the Niger Delta Duncan Mighty would all be on hand to thrill the crowd musically.

Crack Ya Ribs ranks among the best and biggest comedy shows in the country at present and they are few. "It is a bumper package and that is why nobody should miss the show," the international comedian who has also distinguished himself on the music and acting scene submitted adding, "we have succeeded in taking Crack Ya Ribs to the outside world, America, the UK and other European countries have tasted the unique comedy of Nigeria as seen through Crack Ya Ribs. This idea started about 10 years ago with a vision to spread the Nigeria comedy gospel to the world beginning at home. I thank God that we are on the verge of achieving that vision completely."

He is full of thanks to his main sponsor, International Energy Insurance Plc "for coming to our rescue all these years, they have supported us immensely and I believe they have not been disappointed in this mutually beneficial relationship. This is a company that has shown that they are a socially responsible company, because it is only a socially responsible company that would support a mission aimed at bringing smiles to the face of the people. Crack Ya Ribs brings smiles to the faces of Nigerians in the midst of the wholesome decay, it is only when you smile and your mind is at peace that you can plan to face tomorrow. So, Crack Ya Ribs' partnership with International Energy Insurance Plc is a perfect marriage ordained in heaven."

Crack Ya Ribs would as usual expose Julius Agwu's acting, comic and singing creativity. "It is a total show and I am happy that my sponsors have given me some backing," Agwu said even as he thanked the media that have been behind him from inception. "I have always said that the Nigerian media is part of the brand success called Julius Agwu, they have been very supportive of my career," the founder of the Julius Agwu Foundation, set up to give succour to disabled children as well as orphans across Africa, submitted.

The singer, actor and comic would use the opportunity of the event to showcase his latest hip-hop talent. "Now, it's the time for hip hop and my hit single that I just shot the video in London, is a going to be a bomb when it drops. On December 14, my fans would see the hip hop side of Julius Agwu."
