D’Banj Builds N250M Koko Mansion 1 and 2.

Sources close to the artiste, D'banj inform he is building two houses located in the upscale neighbourhood of Ajah and Lekki – 'somewhere close to Genevieve Nnaji' who he climbed the stage with, to present a plaque to a winner at the MAMA, complimenting her black dress. The artiste who presently lives with the Mo'Hit clan in a duplex in Maryland… The house being built in Ajah would house his Parents and siblings while he would move into the other with the Mo'Hit crew.

The Ajah home is a 6 bedroom with two sitting rooms, a garage, two kitchens and bedroom while the another to house the Mo'Hits clan in Lekki is a 10 bedroom mansion with a pool, gym and recording studio, source informs.

Source also informs they would move into the new houses in the first quarter of next year on the release of D'banj's fourth album release
