Today’s Christian Devotion 10-2-224

Thank you father for another saturday. Thank you for seeing me through another week and bringing me to this wonderful weekend. I pray this weekend will be a quiet time with you. My life can seem so overwhelming and confusing at times, but I know that you are there by my side always. I know that you are doing a thousand things in my life, even if I'm only aware of a few of them.

O Lord, help me to recognise your spirit. Bring me deeper into the knowledge of you, so that even in times of adversity, I can rest in the knowledge that you are with me, in Jesus mighty name, amen and amen. *Remember that we blossom and flourish like leaves on the tree, and wither and perish, but God changeth not*.
