Today’s Christian Devotion 12-03-2023

Father, thank you that because of what Jesus has done on the cross, you removed the shame from my life. Thank you that you have made me into royalty and crowned me as highly favoured, redeemed, and forgiven. Thank you for giving me a new name that will make me reign in life, in the mighty name of Jesus, amen.

As I observe lent today, Lord, help me to remember that your journey to the cross was full of betrayal, grief, torture and darkness, yet your love for me your servant, propelled you onward, thank you, thank you, I praise your holy name, in the mighty name of Jesus, amen.

As a new week starts today, father, help me to see in my soul, how the desert can blossom, and the dry and wasted land can bring forth the rich, useful fruit that was expected of it from the beginning. May I find resurrection life springing up from this land of famine. May this new week bring new hope and fulfillment, in Jesus mighty name, amen. *Refrain from anger, and forsake wrath*.
