Today's Christian Devotion 02 - 06 - 2021

Matthew 5:13 - You are the salt of the earth; but if the salt loses its flavor, how shall it be seasoned? It is then good for nothing but to be thrown out and trampled underfoot by men.

Prayer Points:
Lord Jesus, you called us salt of the world to stem corruption wherever we meet it, use us in our environment to stop the corruption in this sinful and adulterous world, in the mighty name of Jesus, amen.

Father, I pray that our words and actions will be seasoned with salt that we may be worthy witnesses to your goodness and mercy. Father, as salt, we're symbols of God's purifying power. Where there is envy, help us bring love. Lord Jesus, please hold us till the end, let us not become 'ex-anointed'. Salt and sweetness go together; through salt the bitter water of Jericho was made sweet. Please Lord, go to the source of our lives and make it sweet, in Jesus mighty name, amen. Remain Rapturable.
