Port Harcourt was virtually left blazing with colour, glitz, pomp, and pageantry as the 2019 edition of the Exquisite” HisAndHersFashionMeetsMedia” event took centre stage.

The event which took place on the 15th of March, 2019 at the amazing Afrozidiac Events Centre, Off Trans Amadi Road at the centre of Port Harcourt Garden City is a press/media parley with key fashion stakeholders in the Port Harcourt Community. The event which slowly but steadily is building reputation according to trusted experts is an emerging local brand strategically positioned to get global limelight.

With an overflow of over 100 guests for a 50-guests event, the experience once more demonstrated Port Harcourt City’s readiness to assume a world-class fashion events destination with the presence of critical fashion and media stakeholders.

The MC, of the day, was no other than quintessential Nnamdi aka Devoice , as the event kick-started with an Overview of expectations of the night by the renowned Mr. Henry Akaonyej, followed by-the-ice introductory session by gluts of exciting guests present.

The quality panel sessions was manned by Sir Chike Mordi of the renowned Zhalima Grazioni brand, including veteran fashion designer Ma’am Peaceful Owoghiri of Revamp by Peaceful’O’ and distinguished tech pioneer in Rivers State Bruce Lucas of Olotu square who to say the least was on point, precise, articulate and enlightening as they marshaled expositions on how technology as a tool via media can enhance a fashion brand, careers that exist in the fashion industry, building a fashion brand by creating a niche and lots more that were exhaustively addressed in the first panel session.

To the Big one, a recap of how the HisAndHersFashionWeekend 2018 was successfully organized was elaborated on by the convener, beautiful and delectable Miss Esther Nweje, with a mind-blowing presentation centred on the fascinating journey and how the brand has metamorphosed to what we have presently. The next was the second-panel session anchored by renowned Rythm 93.7 On Air Personality, OAP Loknan Dombin aka Eldee and the delectable Esther Nweje our quintessential host. The core issues on this session which was centred on the “’Relevance of Traditional Versus New Media, Creating Fashion Media Content and a host of others were adequately and appropriately addressed.

The vision of His And Hers Fashion Weekend 2019 expected to come up in July 2019 was given an overview by Miss Esther Nweje as she made an open invitation to all fashion and media stakeholders in the city and beyond to come join hands with the organizers to take the Port Harcourt city to another threshold, to a new paradigm as Fashion Meets Media.

Right after that, Mr. Nnamdi (the voice) then encouraged guests to meet someone new. It was the networking segment.
