A top aid of Governor Nwike, Cyril Dum Nwite has been arrested while in the possession of fake police and military uniforms, and at least N3 million in cash, near the Independent National Election Commission (INEC) office in Bori. Mr. Nwite is one of Rivers State Governor Nyesom Wike’s top aides and is the Special Assistant for Special Projects for the governor. Sources disclosed that there has been a significant movement of weapons and uniforms into Rivers State ahead of today’s polls.
