A First Class Chief: Politicians Are Our Problem In This Country

A first class chief in Taraba state, HRH Alhaji Abbas Yafida have blamed Nigerian politician for being the contributors of many troubles the country is facing.

He reminded the politicians of their big role of shaping the the destiny of the country with their well design policies and programs, expecting them to live an exemplary life for the younger people to to follow.

Abbas who is the traditional ruler of Muri in Jalingo the capital city of the state, also accused the political class for problem the country is facing now "our politicians are selfish only interested in what they can get and not what they can offer"

"They come into office with a mind set to cheat and not to serve," while causioning them on the line most of them are taking he noted that"the younger ones will demand from them their stewardship stressing that if you come into office to cheat you'll be disgraced and jailed"

Tafida disclosed this today at the 14th graduation and prize giving ceremony of Concordia College, Yola.

He commended the school for uniting children from all part of the country inspite of what their politicians parent's have done to this country.

The traditional ruler urged the graduating students to be good ambassador of no only the school but tithe country.

In his peace at the occasion, Adamawa state governor, Mr Mohammadu Jibirila said the state government is committed to developing the educational sector.

The governor who represented by his deputy Mr. Martins Babale, the governor said "my administration has placed high priority on education, we will construct more schools and equip the with human and material resources for our children to learn"

In his lecture, Effect of Examination Malpractice the guest speaker,Professor Ambrose Voh noted that examination malpractice is the root of all problems in the country stressing that when a student to pass exams he or she carries it to adulthood and began to cheat in all thing that come including manipulating figures.
