I, Comrade Emenike Nwabachili sincerely write to inform you about the deadly moves President George W. Utomi, Pastor William Kumuyi of Deeper life ministry, Chief Bola Tinubu, Chief Michael Ibru and his wife Dr. Cecilia Ibru, Prof. Ndi Okereke-Onyiuke, Dr. Udozo fake i.e quack doctor (without certificate) and Mr. Chigbo Nzekwe the duo that gave me nine lethal (poisoned with tuberculosis, HIV, Leprosy, epilepsy serum, rabies, nitric acid and tetanus) injection shots (successively under 2 weeks or a month interval) illegally (usually around 8.00pm) for nothing in my compound at Awka etc are making to kill me for nothing just because I introduce the solution and cure for sexually transmitted diseases especially HIV/AIDS i.e epoch making discoveries on STD especially HIV/AIDS (as I told you in my letter of complaint and petition dated 5th March, 2008 to the Secretary General of United Nation Organization which I copied to World Health Organization i.e WHO, World Bank and other offices) since 20th March 2001, (May 2001 nullified) the time World Health organization (WHO) and United Nation Organization (UNO) approved (confirmed and affirmed) the discoveries. My Eminence consult natural medicine with hot drink as its foundation liquid or solvent gives total cure to STD especially HIV/AIDS. They are working in partnership with my heartless and hopeless father Mr. Eliezer Nwabachili, and my wicked relations to kill me and share my fund in Emenike Nwabachili account (former STD especially HIV/AIDS account) in World Bank. President George .W. Bush of U.S.A., Queen Elizabeth II Queen of England, Prince Philip, Prince Charles, president Umaru Musa Yaradua, George Bush Snr., Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, Chief Emeka Ojukwu etc. (i.e United Nations Organization rebels) want to kill me and regain their life which they mortgage by signing out the fund in Emenike Nwabachili account (former STD especially HIV/AIDS account) in World Bank (which has death sentence hanging on it) and share the fund if need be.
Nevertheless, one Tuesday morning (i.e. first week in March or last week in February 2008) a group of men including Mr. Bebei Nwakashi, Mr. Amaechi Ogbu and my two wicked junior brothers Mr. Chidi Nwabachili and Mr. Nonso Nwabachili etc. came into my room in our resident at Awka with the consent of my heartless and hopeless father Mr. Eliezer Nwabachili and ordered me to get into one 504 Peugeot they came with. They told me that they are taking me to Enugu a capital city about 45 kilometers from Awka capital city my home town. I don't have any other option than to dress up and follow them to avoid manhandling. We drove off but lo and behold our last bus stop was federal neuropsychiatric hospital Enugu. Moreover, base on reliable information at my table, before we came to that hospital, president George W. Bush, Queen Elizabeth II, Prince Philip, Prince Charles, Nelson Mandela of South Africa, condoleeza Rice, president Umaru Musa Yaradua, Prime Minister Gordon Brown, Barack Obama, Bill Clinton, George Bush Snr. Former President of America, Mrs. Turai Yar'Adua, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, Gen. Ibrahim Babangida (rtd), Justice Chukwudife Oputa, Mr. Kanu Nwankwo, Chief Bola Tinubu, Chief C.C Onoh, Dr. Chimaroke Nnamani, Bar. Nonetheless, I was received at emergency unit of the hospital by one Dr. Obayi (Dr. Andrew was in one room in that emergency unit tending patients that day) who started diagnosis and prescription immediately but I boldly told him that I am hale and hearty (strong and healthy) physically and mentally and need no psychiatric treatment. Before I knew what was happening I was bedded at the emergency unit of the hospital. Later Dr. Obayi and some people including nurses rushed into that room and told me that they want to give me injection. They came with two syringe (and needle) filled with injection poisoned with (tuberclosis, epilepsy, leprosy, HIV serum, rabies, nitric acid, tetanus etc) but I boldly told them that if they kill me that God will kill them. Dr. Obayi later gave me the two poisoned injection shots intravenously. Dr. Obayi was instigated to give this poisoned injections shots to me by Chief Emeka Ojukwu, Dr. Chimaroke Nnamani, Chief C.C Onoh and Bar. Sullivian Chime etc. One strategic thing about this was that I saw Dr. Andrew quack doctor (i.e without certificate) working at that federal neuropsychiatric hospital Enugu and Mrs. Obiageli Nwajiaku quack pharmacist (i.e. without certificate) in that emergency unit. I nearly died from the lethal injection shot (poisoned with tuberculosis, HIV, epilepsy, leprosy serum, rabies, tetanus and nitric acid) they gave me illegally one night (around 8.00pm) in my compound at Awka (through the permission of my heartless and hopeless father) around June 2006 (as I rightly pointed out in my letter of complaint and petition to the Secretary General of United Nation Organization (UNO) dated 5th March 2008 which I copied to Director General and Board members of World health Organization, World Bank and other offices through E-mail and manual letter) two years before I was illegally admitted (because I was strong and healthy physically and mentally) at federal neuropsychiatric hospital Enugu around last week of February or first week of March 2008. A day after that day they i.e. Dr. Andrew and Mrs. Obiageli Nwajiaku gave me that lethal Haldol injection shot (poisoned with tuberculosis, HIV, epilepsy serum, rabies, nitric acid and tetanus) in my compound at Awka, I was almost at the point of death because of that lethal injection before one of my enemy, Mrs. Franca Chinwuba brought a neutralizer called arcane that save me from that regrettable death. That same Dr. Andrew and Mrs. Obiageli Nwajiaku was part of that conspiracy in that federal neuropsychiatric hospital Enugu (and I saw them in that emergency unit that day) to make sure that I was killed in order to secure their lives because they are expecting reprisal (retaliation) from me. One quack doctor Dr. Udozor and Chigbo Nzekwe gave me nine lethal injection shots i.e. halopteridol or haldol (poisoned with tuberculosis, HIV, epilepsy, leprosy serum, rabies, nitric acid and tetanus) consecutively (a month intervals) by force from July 2005 to June 2006 through the permission of my heartless and hopeless father in my compound at Awka around 8.00pm in the night before Dr. Andrew and Mrs. Obiageli Nwajiaku gave me the last lethal shot.
In addition, before I knew what was happening they took me to the main ward where another doctor called Dr. Ubochi join Dr, Obayi in my diagnosis and prescription. The doctors and nurses gave me ten shots of Halopteridol (Haldol) injections and kept me on Haldol tablets and other psychiatric tablets for a month and two weeks before I was finally discharged. Throughout my stay (admission) in that federal neuropsychiatric hospital I passed through panel of doctors (Dr. Agomuoh group) which includes Dr. Obayi and Dr. Ubochi every Tuesday where I always reiterate (say several times) that I am strong and healthy physically and mentally in response to their psychiatric questions but they gave deaf ear to that. My psyche, intelligence and body was totally scattered with drugs i.e. psychiatric injection (Halopteridol i.e Haldol) and tablets (Haldol) made for mad and mentally deranged people for nothing. When I was demanding my discharge from Dr. Ubochi he asked me how about Mrs. Obiageli Nwajiaku one of the prime suspects in this conspiracy meaning that they are working together. No doubt, Queen Elizabeth II (Queen of England) and George Bush Snr. Former President of U.S.A came and lodged (in one duplex) in my town Awka secretly (to kill me) and befriended some people (up to 20 in number) whom they killed with lethal injections and poisoned biscuits saying that she won't die alone.
In conclusion, I want World Health Organization (WHO), United nations Organization (UNO) and other offices I copied this letter to, to set up a panel of inquiry that will investigate the doctors and nurses they bribed lavishly to kill me with lethal injections (poisoned with tuberculosis, HIV, Epilepsy, leprosy serum, tetanus, rabies and nitric acid) and tablets and penalize them if found wanting because they are public servant and need not to compromise the life and health of people as stated in World health Organization (WHO) statutes and charter. I want you also to investigate the people that mobilize (bribed) them to work i.e their sponsor and bring them to Justice because some of them are almost in the web (death sentence) before this. And also since this men and women (fugitives) that sign out this fund from Emenike Nwabachili account (former STD especially HIV/AIDS accounts) containing more than seventy quadrillion pounds (a correction to one thousand billion euro, and four trillion pounds I mention in my letter of complaint and petition dated 5th March, 2008, which I wrote to the secretary general of United Nations Organization and copied to World Health Organization, World Bank and other offices) in World Bank (this monetary package is also well written in United Nations Organization and World Health Organization financial booklet) which has death sentence hanging on it are men and women in Authority (World and their countries) and they suppose to have been executed (killed) since March (May nullified) 2001 they perpetrated (committed) that felony (major serious crime) as written in STD especially HIV/AIDS statutes or else other people life will be at stake because they know that they must die. So I submit that United Nations Organization, International Court of Justice (World Court) Hague, Netherland, International court of Arbitration Geneva Switzerland, World Bank Washington and World Health Organization (WHO) will execute them with immediate alacrity (eager and cheerful readiness) as written in the STD especially HIV/AIDS statutes guarding Emenike Nwabachili account (former STD especially HIV/AIDS account) in World Bank in order not to do more harm to the society and bonafide (genuine) citizens of our egalitarian (favouring the doctrine of equal rights, benefits and opportunities for all citizens) world like me Comrade Emenike Nwabachili. I submit that since the outgoing president of U.S.A. George .W. Bush and incoming quasi president of U.S.A. Barack Obama signed that same death warrant (signed out Emenike Nwabachili account i.e. former STD especially HIV/AIDS account) they supposed to have been executed since March, 2001 in accordance with no nonsense policy of United Nations Organization and since this is the case, the leader of United Nations Organization and U.S.A's President became vacant since March, 2001 (no doubt, I took over as United Nations Organization totalitarian civilian leader around March, 2001 in accordance with STD especially HIV/AIDS statutes but with no chance to exert my authority) and all other accompanying circumstance and position (leader of United Nations Organization and President of U.S.A under George .W. Bush) from March, 2001 remain nullified. They have held me to ransom (captive) since December 2004 (after tale bearing and scandal mongering that I am carrying STD especially HIV/AIDS that lasted from March, 2001 to December 2004) up till this time I am writing this letter (3 years and 8 months) through a deity and 3G streamline cellular network monitored by another Osita Onuma (Computer expert and a post-graduate degree holder of Imperial College, University of London and hails from Arochukwu) and company from Switzerland and spreads all over our egalitarian world as I pointed out in my letter of complaint and petition dated 5th March, 2008 I wrote to Secretary General of United Nation Organization and copied to Director general and Board members World Health Organization (WHO), World Bank and other offices. They decode my thought and speech (through a deity and 3G cellular network) in the atmosphere (anywhere I am staying, whether mobile or static) and reply in the atmosphere through genuine and natural voice of my students, friends, associates and relatives since December 2004 (uptill this time am writing this letter) whom they contracted for this deadly escapade. People receive this 3G cellular network through their cellular handsets all over the world since December, 2004 uptill this time am writing this letter. They killed my mother Mrs. Caroline Nwabachili and my maternal grand-father Mr. Ogbonnia Chinwuba through poisoned edible gift i.e botulism (food poisoning) when they saw that they might frustrate their effort to kill me, share my fund and regain their life. I summit that all the fund (money) used by George .W. Bush, Queen Elizabeth II, Prince Philip, Prince Charles, Condoleeze Rice, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, George Bush Snr. Nelson Mandela, Umaru Yar'adua etc. to incite Nigerians all over the world against me and their World Bank fixed deposit interest will be recollected from their recipients and channel to Caroline Nwabachili Foundation and Ogbonnia Chinwuba Foundation to affect orphans, widows and have nots all over our egalitarian world. Since this epoch-making discoveries on STD especially HIV/AIDs i.e. sexually transmitted diseases: their (nature and) cure and sexually transmitted diseases: their witches connection was confirmed and affirmed around March, 2001 (May 2001 nullified) and United Nations Organization authorities that be (i.e. President George .W. Bush, Dr. Kofi Annan and company) kept it secret uptill today, I submit that it is war against humanity (which must receive due punishment) because many people are dying from the scourge STD especially HIV/AIDS since that March, 2001. I recommend that the people (President George .W. Bush, George Bush Snr., Queen Elizabeth II, Prince Philip, Prince Charles, Condoleeza Rice, Barack Obama, Nelson Mandela, Alhaji Umaru Yar'adua, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, Chief Emeka Ojukwu etc) that signed out the money in Emenike Nwabachili account former STD especially HIV/AIDS account around March, 2001 (which has death sentence hanging on it) i.e. United Nations Organization rebels will give more than one hundred and sixty billion dollars (ten billion dollars each six months) each to United Nations Organization for living above March, 2001 which was the time they supposed to be executed. If they fail to bring this money (ten billion dollars each six months) United Nations Organization (UNO) will execute all members of their nuclear family because they are partners in this evil act. Since this United Nations Organization rebels i.e. those that signed out Emenike Nwabachili account in World Bank (President George .W. Bush, George Bush Snr., Queen Elizabeth II, Prince Philip, Prince Charles, Condoleeza Rice, Barack Obama, Nelson Mandela, Alhaji Umaru Yar'adua, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, Chief Emeka Ojukwu etc) embarked on this taboo and unnatural illegality and disgraced (even intend to kill Comrade Emenike Nwabachili) Comrade Emenike Nwabachili that touched our world in grand style for nothing, I submit that United Nations Organization (UNO) will nullify (cancel) all public and private places (house, school, higher institution, ultra modern complex, street, layout etc) named after them in all parts of our egalitarian world because they wanted to murder sleep and he that murdered sleep shall sleep no more. Since they (United Nations Organization rebels) decode my thought and speech in the atmosphere through 3G cellular network and deity and venture to kill me through my heartless and hopeless father, I submit that you met out the same punishment and even more to all the culprits (President George .W. Bush, George Bush Snr., Queen Elizabeth II, Prince Philip, Prince Charles, Condoleeza Rice, Barack Obama, Nelson Mandela, Alhaji Umaru Yar'adua, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, Chief Emeka Ojukwu, Prof. Dora Akunyili, Senator Joy Emordi, Mr. Peter Obi, Chief Ben Obi, Mrs. Virgy Etiaba etc). Since they i.e. the fugitives (President George .W. Bush, George Bush Snr., Queen Elizabeth II, Prince Philip, Prince Charles, Condoleeza Rice, Barack Obama, Nelson Mandela, Alhaji Umaru Yar'adua, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, Chief Emeka Ojukwu etc) signed death warrant (sign out Emenike Nwabachili account in World Bank) and started killing people anyhow since March, 2001 through bomb attack (skyscrapers, plane crash) and wars all over our egalitarian world, I submit that these are abominable and highly unnatural and they must die unnatural death (cast into the lions den, cut in pieces with matchet and their remains thrown into the ocean) because they want to destroy a man (Comrade Emenike Nwabachili) who touched our world in grand style and indirectly destroy our egalitarian world (by signing out STD especially HIV/AIDS account i.e. Emenike Nwabachili account in World Bank which is taboo and abomination) if need be. I also submit that I suppose to receive my deserved reward politically, i.e totalitarian (of a political system in which only one political party and no rival loyalties are permitted) civilian leader of United Nations Organization (UNO), totalitarian civilian president of Nigeria, and totalitarian civilian Governor of Anambra State, Socially, and financially (i.e Emenike Nwabachili account containing more than seventy quadrillion pounds, its World Bank fixed deposit interest since March, 2001 and reward of my wholesale Dutch auction system business I suppose to be doing since March, 2001) since March 2001 (the time the discoveries was approved by United Nations Organization and World health organization) without hesitation for bringing the solution and cure for STD especially HIV/AIDS as written in STD especially HIV/AIDS statutes. Since am totalitarian civilian leader of United Nations Organization, totalitarian civilian president of Nigeria and totalitarian civilian Governor of Anambra State since March, 2001 (May 2001 nullified) as written in United Nations Organization/World Health Organization STD especially HIV/AIDS statutes. I submit that all the people that participated in this dastardly act against me (from my country Nigeria) will be court-martial and tried for mutiny (open rebellion against lawful authority), insurrection (rising of people in open resistance to the government) and attempted coup d' etat (violent and unconstitutional change in government). I also submit that the solution and cure for STD especially HIV/AIDS is an exceptional work and an outstanding achievement which deserved Nobel prize award, so I earnestly ask United Nations Organization (UNO), World Health Organization (WHO) and Nobel prize committee of Nobel foundation to effect this award (Nobel prize in medicine i.e the art and science of the prevention and cure of disease, physiology i.e science of the normal functions of livingthings especially animals and promotion of world peace i.e because my discoveries brought peace of mind and cool body to our egalitarian world) to me (Comrade Emenike Nwabachili) and backdate it to March, 2001 (May 2001 nullified) which is the time epoch-making discoveries on STD especially HIV/AIDS (sexually transmitted diseases: their nature and cure and sexually transmitted diseases their witches connection) was approved (confirmed and affirmed) by United Nations Organization (UNO) and World Health Organization. I also request that all things being equal that Nigeria Academy of Science and National Merit Award governing board should give me my deserved honour and award for my epoch-making discoveries on STD especially HIV/AIDS and backdate it to March, 2001(May 2001 nullified), the time this discoveries was approved. I submit that all countries of our egalitarian world under the permission of United Nations Organization (UNO) will build identical United Nations Organization ultra modern complex (National Headquarters) in their various capitals and that United Nations Organization (International) headquarters will move from one continent to the next continent (in a clockwise direction) starting from Nigeria my country which is in Africa (i.e. Africa, Australia, Antarctica, South America, North America, Europe, Asia). The country picked in each continent as United Nations Organization International headquarters must be by the agreement (consensus) or secret ballot votes of all the presidents of the countries in that continent. The leader of the General Assembly of United Nations Organization must be the president of the country that harbours the International Headquarters. All other offices in the General Assembly of United Nations Organization depends on the secret ballot votes (i.e. election) of the members. As the totalitarian civilian leader of United Nations Organization (UNO) and totalitarian civilian president of Nigeria since 20th March, 2001 the time epoch-making discoveries on STD especially HIV/AIDS was approved and confirmed (according to STD especially HIV/AIDS statutes) I submit that since this era is freedom era that all dependencies, dominions and satellite territories (especially that of the Antarctica) will have their independence with immediate effect. I submit that since Secretary-General of United Nations Organization (UNO) is United Nations Organization Chief Administrative Officer he is in best position to execute STD especially HIV/AIDS statutes. My Eminence consult natural medicine with hot drink as its foundation liquid or solvent gives total cure to STD especially HIV/AIDS. They are working in partnership with my heartless and hopeless father Mr. Eliezer Nwabachili, and my wicked relations to kill me and share my fund in Emenike Nwabachili account (former STD especially HIV/AIDS account) in World Bank. President George .W. Nevertheless, one Tuesday morning (i.e. first week in March or last week in February 2008) a group of men including Mr. Bebei Nwakashi, Mr. Amaechi Ogbu and my two wicked junior brothers Mr. Chidi Nwabachili and Mr. Nonso Nwabachili etc. came into my room in our resident at Awka with the consent of my heartless and hopeless father Mr. Eliezer Nwabachili and ordered me to get into one 504 Peugeot they came with. They told me that they are taking me to Enugu a capital city about 45 kilometers from Awka capital city my home town. I don't have any other option than to dress up and follow them to avoid manhandling. We drove off but lo and behold our last bus stop was federal neuropsychiatric hospital Enugu. Moreover, base on reliable information at my table, before we came to that hospital, president George W. Bush, Queen Elizabeth II, Prince Philip, Prince Charles, Nelson Mandela of South Africa, condoleeza Rice, president Umaru Musa Yaradua, Prime Minister Gordon Brown, Barack Obama, Bill Clinton, George Bush Snr. Former President of America, Mrs. Turai Yar'Adua, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, Gen. Nonetheless, I was received at emergency unit of the hospital by one Dr. Obayi (Dr. Andrew was in one room in that emergency unit tending patients that day) who started diagnosis and prescription immediately but I boldly told him that I am hale and hearty (strong and healthy) physically and mentally and need no psychiatric treatment. Before I knew what was happening I was bedded at the emergency unit of the hospital. Later Dr. Obayi and some people including nurses rushed into that room and told me that they want to give me injection. They came with two syringe (and needle) filled with injection poisoned with (tuberclosis, epilepsy, leprosy, HIV serum, rabies, nitric acid, tetanus etc) but I boldly told them that if they kill me that God will kill them. Dr. Obayi later gave me the two poisoned injection shots intravenously. Dr. Obayi was instigated to give this poisoned injections shots to me by Chief Emeka Ojukwu, Dr. Chimaroke Nnamani, Chief C.C Onoh and Bar. Sullivian Chime etc. One strategic thing about this was that I saw Dr. Andrew quack doctor (i.e without certificate) working at that federal neuropsychiatric hospital Enugu and Mrs. Obiageli Nwajiaku quack pharmacist (i.e. without certificate) in that emergency unit. I nearly died from the lethal injection shot (poisoned with tuberculosis, HIV, epilepsy, leprosy serum, rabies, tetanus and nitric acid) they gave me illegally one night (around 8.00pm) in my compound at Awka (through the permission of my heartless and hopeless father) around June 2006 (as I rightly pointed out in my letter of complaint and petition to the Secretary General of United Nation Organization (UNO) dated 5th March 2008 which I copied to Director General and Board members of World health Organization, World Bank and other offices through E-mail and manual letter) two years before I was illegally admitted (because I was strong and healthy physically and mentally) at federal neuropsychiatric hospital Enugu around last week of February or first week of March 2008. A day after that day they i.e. Dr. Andrew and Mrs. Obiageli Nwajiaku gave me that lethal Haldol injection shot (poisoned with tuberculosis, HIV, epilepsy serum, rabies, nitric acid and tetanus) in my compound at Awka, I was almost at the point of death because of that lethal injection before one of my enemy, Mrs. Franca Chinwuba brought a neutralizer called arcane that save me from that regrettable death. That same Dr. Andrew and Mrs. Obiageli Nwajiaku was part of that conspiracy in that federal neuropsychiatric hospital Enugu (and I saw them in that emergency unit that day) to make sure that I was killed in order to secure their lives because they are expecting reprisal (retaliation) from me. One quack doctor Dr. Udozor and Chigbo Nzekwe gave me nine lethal injection shots i.e. halopteridol or haldol (poisoned with tuberculosis, HIV, epilepsy, leprosy serum, rabies, nitric acid and tetanus) consecutively (a month intervals) by force from July 2005 to June 2006 through the permission of my heartless and hopeless father in my compound at Awka around 8.00pm in the night before Dr. Andrew and Mrs. Obiageli Nwajiaku gave me the last lethal shot.
In addition, before I knew what was happening they took me to the main ward where another doctor called Dr. Ubochi join Dr, Obayi in my diagnosis and prescription. The doctors and nurses gave me ten shots of Halopteridol (Haldol) injections and kept me on Haldol tablets and other psychiatric tablets for a month and two weeks before I was finally discharged. Throughout my stay (admission) in that federal neuropsychiatric hospital I passed through panel of doctors (Dr. Agomuoh group) which includes Dr. Obayi and Dr. Ubochi every Tuesday where I always reiterate (say several times) that I am strong and healthy physically and mentally in response to their psychiatric questions but they gave deaf ear to that. My psyche, intelligence and body was totally scattered with drugs i.e. psychiatric injection (Halopteridol i.e Haldol) and tablets (Haldol) made for mad and mentally deranged people for nothing. When I was demanding my discharge from Dr. Ubochi he asked me how about Mrs. Obiageli Nwajiaku one of the prime suspects in this conspiracy meaning that they are working together. No doubt, Queen Elizabeth II (Queen of England) and George Bush Snr. Former President of U.S.A came and lodged (in one duplex) in my town Awka secretly (to kill me) and befriended some people (up to 20 in number) whom they killed with lethal injections and poisoned biscuits saying that she won't die alone.
In conclusion, I want World Health Organization (WHO), United nations Organization (UNO) and other offices I copied this letter to, to set up a panel of inquiry that will investigate the doctors and nurses they bribed lavishly to kill me with lethal injections (poisoned with tuberculosis, HIV, Epilepsy, leprosy serum, tetanus, rabies and nitric acid) and tablets and penalize them if found wanting because they are public servant and need not to compromise the life and health of people as stated in World health Organization (WHO) statutes and charter. I want you also to investigate the people that mobilize (bribed) them to work i.e their sponsor and bring them to Justice because some of them are almost in the web (death sentence) before this. And also since this men and women (fugitives) that sign out this fund from Emenike Nwabachili account (former STD especially HIV/AIDS accounts) containing more than seventy quadrillion pounds (a correction to one thousand billion euro, and four trillion pounds I mention in my letter of complaint and petition dated 5th March, 2008, which I wrote to the secretary general of United Nations Organization and copied to World Health Organization, World Bank and other offices) in World Bank (this monetary package is also well written in United Nations Organization and World Health Organization financial booklet) which has death sentence hanging on it are men and women in Authority (World and their countries) and they suppose to have been executed (killed) since March (May nullified) 2001 they perpetrated (committed) that felony (major serious crime) as written in STD especially HIV/AIDS statutes or else other people life will be at stake because they know that they must die. So I submit that United Nations Organization, International Court of Justice (World Court) Hague, Netherland, International court of Arbitration Geneva Switzerland, World Bank Washington and World Health Organization (WHO) will execute them with immediate alacrity (eager and cheerful readiness) as written in the STD especially HIV/AIDS statutes guarding Emenike Nwabachili account (former STD especially HIV/AIDS account) in World Bank in order not to do more harm to the society and bonafide (genuine) citizens of our egalitarian (favouring the doctrine of equal rights, benefits and opportunities for all citizens) world like me Comrade Emenike Nwabachili. I submit that since the outgoing president of U.S.A. George .W. Bush and incoming quasi president of U.S.A. Barack Obama signed that same death warrant (signed out Emenike Nwabachili account i.e. former STD especially HIV/AIDS account) they supposed to have been executed since March, 2001 in accordance with no nonsense policy of United Nations Organization and since this is the case, the leader of United Nations Organization and U.S.A's President became vacant since March, 2001 (no doubt, I took over as United Nations Organization totalitarian civilian leader around March, 2001 in accordance with STD especially HIV/AIDS statutes but with no chance to exert my authority) and all other accompanying circumstance and position (leader of United Nations Organization and President of U.S.A under George .W. Bush) from March, 2001 remain nullified. They have held me to ransom (captive) since December 2004 (after tale bearing and scandal mongering that I am carrying STD especially HIV/AIDS that lasted from March, 2001 to December 2004) up till this time I am writing this letter (3 years and 8 months) through a deity and 3G streamline cellular network monitored by another Osita Onuma (Computer expert and a post-graduate degree holder of Imperial College, University of London and hails from Arochukwu) and company from Switzerland and spreads all over our egalitarian world as I pointed out in my letter of complaint and petition dated 5th March, 2008 I wrote to Secretary General of United Nation Organization and copied to Director general and Board members World Health Organization (WHO), World Bank and other offices. I also submit that the solution and cure for STD especially HIV/AIDS is an exceptional work and an outstanding achievement which deserved Nobel prize award, so I earnestly ask United Nations Organization (UNO), World Health Organization (WHO) and Nobel prize committee of Nobel foundation to effect this award (Nobel prize in medicine i.e the art and science of the prevention and cure of disease, physiology i.e science of the normal functions of livingthings especially animals and promotion of world peace i.e because my discoveries brought peace of mind and cool body to our egalitarian world) to me (Comrade Emenike Nwabachili) and backdate it to March, 2001 (May 2001 nullified) which is the time epoch-making discoveries on STD especially HIV/AIDS (sexually transmitted diseases: their nature and cure and sexually transmitted diseases their witches connection) was approved (confirmed and affirmed) by United Nations Organization (UNO) and World Health Organization. I also request that all things being equal that Nigeria Academy of Science and National Merit Award governing board should give me my deserved honour and award for my epoch-making discoveries on STD especially HIV/AIDS and backdate it to March, 2001(May 2001 nullified), the time this discoveries was approved. I submit that all countries of our egalitarian world under the permission of United Nations Organization (UNO) will build identical United Nations Organization ultra modern complex (National Headquarters) in their various capitals and that United Nations Organization (International) headquarters will move from one continent to the next continent (in a clockwise direction) starting from Nigeria my country which is in Africa (i.e. Africa, Australia, Antarctica, South America, North America, Europe, Asia). The country picked in each continent as United Nations Organization International headquarters must be by the agreement (consensus) or secret ballot votes of all the presidents of the countries in that continent. The leader of the General Assembly of United Nations Organization must be the president of the country that harbours the International Headquarters. All other offices in the General Assembly of United Nations Organization depends on the secret ballot votes (i.e. election) of the members. As the totalitarian civilian leader of United Nations Organization (UNO) and totalitarian civilian president of Nigeria since 20th March, 2001 the time epoch-making discoveries on STD especially HIV/AIDS was approved and confirmed (according to STD especially HIV/AIDS statutes) I submit that since this era is freedom era that all dependencies, dominions and satellite territories (especially that of the Antarctica) will have their independence with immediate effect. I submit that since Secretary-General of United Nations Organization (UNO) is United Nations Organization Chief Administrative Officer he is in best position to execute STD especially HIV/AIDS statutes. Also I wrote letter of complaint and petition to the Secretary-General of United Nations Organization (and copied Director General, Executive Board, World Health Organization, President, Board of Governors World Bank, President, Chief Judge, Registrar, International court of justice, President, Chief Judge, Registrar International court of arbitration) on 5th March 2008 (through e-mail and manual letter) but I have not receive any reply to that effect. The date of the publication (and its consequent approval by United Nations Organization and World Health Organization) of epoch-making discoveries on STD especially HIV/AIDS i.e. Sexually Transmitted Diseases: their (Nature and) cure and sexually transmitted diseases: their witches connection is 20th March, 2001 and not 10th May 2001. The error is highly regretted. Please effect this correction in all my former letter and publications especially the letter I addressed to the Secretary-General of United Nations Organization dated 5th March, 2008 and copied to Director General, Executive Board World Health Organization, President, Board of Governors World Bank, President, Chief Judge, Registrar International Court of Justice, President Chief Judge, Registrar International Court of Arbitration etc. Please am seriously expecting the reply of this letter because you didn't reply my letter of complaint and petition dated 5th March, 2008 which I wrote to the Secretary-General of United Nations Organization and copied you people.
