The former senator represented the Adamawa south senatorial district 2007-2011 Senator Grace Bent has disclosed that the Kangaroo Peoples Democratic Party(PDP)'s primaries conducted in Abuja to elect candidates for Adamawa state that will represent the party for the 2015 general election was total mess and unconstitutional inclined, the primaries was not having any party constitutional backup

Jackson who wanting a second return to the red chambers of the Apex House to represent to Adamawa South Senatorial Zone under the PDP told our correspondent in an interview in Yola on Friday that she and delegates from her zone were disenfranchised from last primaries shifted to Abuja by National Working Committee (NWC) without prior notice.

She Bitterly complained on how the party official messed up on day of the primaries were her delegates are waiting in Yola while the primaries was already going on in Abuja as she added that without any notice that the primaries have been shifted to Abuja.

Senator Grace Bent is one of the aspirants in the state who have been championing the cancellation of the purported primaries which produces former Economic and Financial Crimes Commission(EFCC) boss Mallam Nuhu Ribadu as the governorship flag- bearer of the party that produces Senator Silas Zwingina as the flag-bearer of Adamawa Southern Senatorial Zone, Dr Aliyu Idi Hong for Adamawa Central Senatorial Zone and Alhaji Ahmed Ali Gulak for Northern Senatorial Zone; Using an alleged doctored list of delegates earlier rejected by the Adamawa stakeholders of the party but endorsed by the NWC of the PDP.

The senator who has been the peoples choice because of her developmental projects that left traces of her handiwork in the zone during her reigned as a senator, expressed dismay with conduct of the Adamawa primaries which described as total mess.

Bent said she bought nomination form like other contestants and there was no reason why she and other aspirants under the party's platform were short-changed in the primaries with impunity, and highhandedness by the NWC of the party.

She noted that she has submitted her complains to the Appeal Committee of the party and wishes that something will be done or she will be forced to look for solace in another party.

She further called on President Goodluck Jonathan to wade into issues saying that the fallout of the primaries if not well handled could lead to total collapse of the party in the state.

Bent who hinged her continue stay in the party on the outcome of the appeal filed by some of the disaffected aspirants over the conduct of the primaries outside the state, warned that the party was in danger of losing its electorate value in the state if the Adamawa primaries is not cancelled.

However according to investigation revealed to our reporter that the fallout of the PDP primaries has recuperated the Peoples Democratic Movement (PDM) in the state which until the PDP's primary it has no candidate vying for any post under it platform.

One of the officials of the PDM noted that 10 aspirants of PDP who were aggrieved over the outcome of the Abuja primaries which majority of PDP aspirants and delegates alleged that they were denied participation by NWC have already bought nominations forms of the PDM.

However the PDM has recuperated with full forced in the state as for yesterday close to ten thousand PDP stakeholders and members have said to defect from the PDP to join the PDM in Adamawa as a result of the outcome of the primaries.

They described the PDP primaries as injustice and lacks internal democracy and accused the Alhaji Adamu Mauzu led executives of the PDP of highhandedness and autocratic in the running of the party's affairs .
