Ogunsanya, Airtel CEO, leads discourse in Outsourcing Expo

The Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Airtel Nigeria, Mr. Segun Ogunsanya, tomorrow, Wednesday, June 17th, 2014 at the Shell Hall, Muson Centre, Onikan, Lagos, lead a discourse on Outsourcing.

Ogunsanya, at the 3rd Annual Outsourcing Expo organised by the Association of Outsourcing Professionals of Nigeria (AOPN) will speak on the theme, 'The Transition Challenges and Managing the Successful Transition to Outsourced Services.'

The Airtel CEO will expound on salient issues in the outsourcing industry including global best practices, partnership risk management, importance, opportunities, challenges and benefits of outsourcing by organisations.

He will also give an insight and share best practice on Airtel's outsourcing model and strategies with participants at the expo.

A paper on the sub-theme, 'The Challenges of Establishing and Implementing Good Governance in Outsourcing' will also be delivered by Mr. Bobby Varanasi, an outsourcing practitioner certified by the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals.

The AOPN expo offers captains of industries, professionals and stakeholders in the outsourcing industry a platform to discuss, advocate and address pertinent issues affecting the outsourcing industry in Nigeria.

The 2013 edition of the event featured the Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer, Guinness Nigeria, Mr. Seni Adetu as keynote speaker and the Founder, Centre for Values in Leadership, Prof. Pat Utomi, as guest speaker. In 2012, the Managing Director, Coca Cola, Mr. Kelvin Balogun, was the keynote speaker.
