According to a statement by the Chairman, Publicity Sub-Committee, of the Millennium Building Project, Ven. J.S.O Omotuyi “the new office complex, to be called Millennium Building, a 5-floor complex, will accommodate the expanded activities and operations of the Institute and would also be open to use by interested players in corporate Nigeria and the general public”.

“We are thrilled to begin the process of moving into a new, creative, modern and contemporary home for our staff, members and other stakeholders which is part of our desire to rebuild the Institute to what is obtainable internationally”.

The Chairman further explained that as the scope of the Institute expands; there is increasing pressure on our current office facility, prompting us to initiate the process of developing a modern office complex large enough to accommodate all the Institute's activities.

The new building is a five-storey complex that will house a modern e-library, training and workshop room, and conference room amongst others.

Other dignitaries expected at the epoch-making include Mrs. Adejoke Orelope-Adefulure, the Deputy Governor of Lagos State, who is the Guest of Honour; the Past Presidents of the Institute as well as Captains of Industry from the public and private organizations.
