HUMMAN RIGHT REPORT: 620,000 BILLION DOLLAR BRIBE: ARRAIGNING LAWAN AND EMENALO: WHERE IS OTEDOLA?

Refer to Probe the Guardian, February 2, 2013, front page. From what the constitution says, both the giver and taker of bribe are guilty. If Lawan collected bribe from Otedola, it means Otedila gave it to him.

What did Otedola do in the first instance? It is open secret what he did. Otedola is a cabal and embezzler of public fund through oil cabalism together with Obasanjo, IBB, Ifeanyi Uba, Dangote and the rest. It was for this reason that the bribe originated in the first place. What could Otedola claim, that made him appear as a prosecution witness. Can you be judge in your own witness?

This Nation is eternally backward due to the likes of Otedola. Conduit – piping the oil money of this country to private pockets though oil cabalism. Judgement is hanging on Otedola and Emenalo to 7- years order according to the law. The question is: who gave the bribe? For what?

House committee probe found Otedola culpable. Why not arrest Otedola the main criminal, the engine-room of oil corruption and cabalism in Nigeria? Why leave Otedola and arrest Lawan and Emenalo for the same office.

Goodluck Jonathan who has lost all gut to move Nigeria forward: what interest has he in this matter? Why should Goodluck Jonathan side a criminal and outright looter of the treasury called Otedola for selfish reasons? Otedola admitted masterminding the said bribe when he is the first accused.

How can you explain this is the law? Can you be prosecution witness in your own case, when you are certified guilty already by a Probe Panel of National Assembly? What interest does Goodluck Jonathan want to portray in this case?

Goodluck Jonathan: please, please, please remove your interest in Otedola, a certified criminal and liquidator of Nigerian oil coffers through oil cabalism. What of the Resolution of the law makers on Otedola who was squarely fund guilty? Why should Goodluck Jonathan be interested in shielding Otedola from prosecution and jailing and go for smaller fry called Lawan Faouk in a case involving multiple billions of naira?
