HUMAN RIGHTS REPORT UNO BANKI-MOON AND TUESDAY MEETING OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY

There are three key issues that will likely dominate Tuesday Meeting:

- Syrian Crisis
- Sudan crisis
- Iran Nuclear Power Plant
The world is about meeting on Tuesday September 24, 2012 in New York Headquarters of UNO. The discussion will certainly center on the three key issues of Syria, Sudan and Iran crises.

Syrian Crisis
Much has been written on this and said about it. The islamic world is a world of violence and bloodshed. Syrian crisis has consumed too many people in excess of 25,000. It is divided into two blocks:

- Russian – China – Pakistan – Iran angle
- US – Britain – France – Other Arab nations' angle.

Iran and Pakistan are chiefly alawite muslims which tallies with the leader of Syrian's faith. alawites are minority in Syria to the majority sunnis. That is the root course of the problem. The sunnis want to control the machinery of power. Russian and China are attracted by the presence and interest of Iran who is a chief ally to both China and Russia in Middle East. Infact, Russia is building Iran's nuclear plant, while China uses Iran as a gateway to Middle East. Both Iran and Pakistan are majority alewite muslims. US and EU nations have no economic interest per se in Syria, but chiefly to maintain balance. But the other Arab nations are rallying round US and EU nations to subdue alawites and have their way. Both groups of sunnis and alawites do not really understand democracy.

LINE OF BEST FEET AS SOLUTION
The only lasting solution, not only in Syria, but in all Middle East is to entrench democracy with all attendant human rights. muslims, whether sunnis or alawites, have problem with or do not believe in, Freedom of Conscience and Right to Life. Freedom of Conscience liberates the soul to be independent. It makes the person solely responsible for determining his choice of wife or husband, choice of religion, choice of movement, and course of study and all other choices.

islam is against Freedom of Conscience. The grown up girl has no choice of hers in determining who to marry, but the parents, especially the father and relatives.

That is the lies and hellish lies islam teaches. If muslim decides to change his religion, Mohamed in the quoran commands that that person be killed. Do you see that there is no right to life in islam? Do you see that there is no Freedom of Religion in islam? Do you see that there is no Freedom of Conscience in islam?

So, rather than side other muslim-sunnis to take power in Syria, US and EU Nations should seek to entrench democracy with its attendant rights in Syria. FIVE YEAR SINGLE TENURE is very ideal for the Presidents of Nations of the World not only in Syria or Arabic Nations.

SUDAN CRISIS
Sudan allowed South Sudan to go after several decades of bloody resistance. What was the gimmick? What was the secret? What broke the jinx? The answer is REFERENDUM Al-Baashir never allowed South Sudan to go until Olusegun Obasanjo technically and sensibly intervened and Abuja Conference resolved and settled for PLEBISCITE or REFERENDUM.

The mistake of Obasanjo was that he left out Abyei Region which is a gateway to the South. Infact, Abyei Region comprises the Upper Nile and South Korfodan States. This vast territory is rich in oil and is not Arabs. In the Arabiscization process, Al-Baishir and Nimieri almost Arabiscized Abyei Region, but not 100%. The remnant that remained never had any iota of faith in Sudan as a Country. They were waiting on the wings of the outcome of Abuja Conference to go with South Sudan. But Obasanjo, either by commission or omission, excluded them in the Plan of Referendum. Hence, after the departure of South Sudan in July 2011, it was only faith accompli that Abyei Region would trail the path of violence and war to be freed.

Now, the UNO has stepped in, mandating both Salva Kiir and al-Baashir to reach agreement on Abyei Region or face sanction. Can kerosene mix with water? Can GOD agree with satan? Can muslim tolerate everything christian? If, the responses to those questions are Yes, then both men would agree. But if the responses are No, then forget it: both cannot agree.

From the analysis so far, both men can never agree. So, UNO has nothing to achieve by mandating two immiscible liquids to mix. The only option UNO can adopt is to refer to the people or peoples of Abyei Region, to wit: South Korfodan and Upper Nile States to decide for themselves where to go: Sudan or South Sudan or form their own nation.

Only Referendum can solve this problem.
Iran Nudear Plant
“islamic republic of Iran” as it is called, is an aberration to democracy. There are sizeable number of christians in Iran, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia Oman, Kuwait, Yemen, Bahrain, Somalia and other so-called islamic nations. That rubbishes the idiotic connotation “islamic republic of this or that”. Infact, there is nothing like islamic republic of ……… or christian republic of …………. They only exist in the minds of the fabricators, not in reality.

To safeguard this jibberish called “islamic republic of Iran” and to foment trouble and kill or decimate Israel, if they can, Iran started building nuclear plant. Biological weapons are agents of mass destruction. islam converts by force, by the quoranic instruction of Mohammed or Mohammadu or Mohammad or Muhamadu or Muhammad. It then follows that such human beings should never be allowed to parade biological weapons for any reason whatsoever. Anybody not believing in islam or in alwite system would be completely wiped out in Iran by the satanic ruler as President or spiritual leader of Iran.

SOLUTION
Iran should not have Nuclear plant.
