DON'T DECAMP TO PDP, APGA CHIEFTAIN TELLS OKOROCHA

'Imo people are expecting so much from him. We want him to correct those areas where the out-going governor made mistakes, especially in paying close attention to education which is a major industry in the state' he told Daily Sun.

Chief Egbunine who said he worked round the clock to ensure that his Mbaitoli local government was delivered to APGA in the supplementary elections, reiterated his happiness at the emergence of Okorocha as Governor, insisting that his regime holds a better promise for the people.

'Rochas must also avoid godfathers who have held the state hostage and brought it to its knee. If he still deals with them, he may go the way of his predecessor. God used the people to bring him into power, not godfathers. Therefore he must focus on the people, not those who have made government their permanent business. He should not abandon projects commenced by the out going governor'

Egbunine advised the governor to stick with APGA because the party is set to become the dominant base of power in the South East.
