AHRC Calls for Immediate Humanitarian Aid To Gaza And A Real Ceasefire On All Fronts:
The American Human Rights Council (AHRC-USA) urgently calls upon the international community, the Trump administration, and all peace-loving people to send and allow immediate humanitarian aid to the occupied Palestinians in Gaza.
Despite the ceasefire, Israeli violations continue, including targeted killings of innocent civilians. On top of this man-made catastrophe, heavy rains have worsened the suffering. Displaced Palestinians, already living in fragile and shattered tents, saw their shelters flooded and destroyed, leaving families exposed to the elements.
The heartbreaking images of people drenched in rain, struggling to survive, are beyond comprehension. Nature has added another layer of misery to an already unbearable humanitarian disaster.
This painful experience mirrors other ongoing crises in Sudan, Lebanon, and Yemen—innocent people caught in the middle of wars and conflicts, stripped of dignity and basic human needs.
In Gaza, hospitals and health facilities are collapsing under the weight of shortages. The lack of essential medical supplies and basic healthcare is pushing facilities out of service, leaving those in dire need without help.
AHRC appeals to President Donald Trump, as the primary guarantor of the ceasefire, to compel Israel to fully comply with the ceasefire terms and allow humanitarian aid to enter Gaza—especially during these harsh winter conditions.
All fighting must stop. The Israelis are using all kinds of pretexts to continue the wars.
In Gaza there are helpless civilians. Their suffering calls out to the conscience of humanity.
“President Trump calls himself the Peace President,” said Imad Hamad, AHRC Executive Director. “We don’t see peace, we see war and suffering,” added Hamad. “It is within the power of President Trump to end this suffering, this is all preventable suffering,” concluded Hamad.
