New GMD Assumes Office In Abuja Investments Company

Dr Maureen Tamuno has been appointed as the Group Managing Director of the Abuja Investments Company Limited.

The company, in a statement on Wednesday, expressed that it was pleased to welcome Tamuno, who assumed duties as the group managing director of AICL, effective April 8.

The was made following the announcement made by the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike, with effect from April 4.

The statement indicated that Tamuno had become the first female group managing director of AICL in the organisation’s 30 years.

The new AICL boss is an alumna of Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, where she bagged a degree in Management Studies.

Also, Tamuno attended Harvard University, where she pursued certificates in Global Business Strategy and Sustainable Business Strategy.

The Abuja Investments Company Limited is the investment arm of the Federal Capital Territory Administration, focused on the strategic goal of providing a conducive environment for business operations and living through investment in infrastructure, services, and facilities.
