Facebook, Instagram Suffer Glitch

Facebook and Instagram owned by Meta company have suffered massive glitch with many users unable to gain access to their accounts.

It was yet to be ascertaind if the glitch was peculiar to only Nigerian users.

Similarly, Meta or Facebook has not come out with a reason or statement behind the outage as at the time of filing this report.

It was learnt that many users initially feared their accounts were hacked after fruitless efforts to reset passwords.

This is not the first time a Meta-owned platform has faced issues.

Facebook suffered a global outage in 2022, making many unable to watch videos or send messages.
