The American Human rights Council (AHRC-USA) extends its congratulations to the founders of the World Peace Outreach and Masjed Al Nour for an inspirational grand opening ceremony.

The grand opening of the state-of-the-art World Peace Outreach and Masjed Al-Nour facility in Redford Township was held on Sunday, January 15, 2023. The World Peace Outreach facility is a distinguished and valuable addition to the area’s diverse institutions.

Several dignitaries attended the event. In attendance were Rep. Haley Stevens, Rep. Rashida Tlaib; Dr. Amer Ghalib, Mayor of Hamtramck; Ms. Diane Webb, Redford Township Superintendent; Mr. Assad Turfe, Deputy Wayne County Executive. In attendance were also civic and religious leaders; law enforcement officials and local and state municipalities representatives. Retiring US Senator Debbie Stabenow attended and received the Elected Official Award.

All guests gathered to celebrate the grand opening of a unique and elegant facility with a sense of joy and pride to witness such a promising project and a big facility that will house multiple community programs and initiatives. Remarks were given by Dr. Mahmoud Al-Haddadi, CEO & Founder of the World peace Outreach and were echoed by the event’s keynote speaker, Dr. Zulfiqar Ali Shah, Executive Director of Fiqh Council in North America and fellow co-founders’ philanthropy awardees, Dr. Samir Al-Hadidi and Mr. Abdallah Sheikh.
