By American Human Rights Council (AHRC-USA)

The American Human Rights Council (AHRC -USA) extends its best wishes for a safe, healthy, peaceful, and pleasant Thanksgiving holiday. We all have so much to be thankful for, including family, friends, and community.

Thanksgiving is one of the most important holidays in the US. It is a time for family gatherings and sharing. It is a reminder of the of the blessings that we all enjoy in life and that we should not take for granted. Let us not forget to celebrate this day through embracing our rich diversity. We are thankful to each one of you for your support in working together towards peace, justice and understanding.

Thanksgiving is followed by the Native American Heritage Day on November 25. It is a day to appreciate and celebrate our rich cultures, heritage, and experience of Indigenous People. November is the Native American Heritage Month an occasion to honor America’s Indigenous people.
