NGO Advises Economic Recession Not Criteria For Crime

A non governmental organisation, youth vanguard known as Organisation for Global Youth Peace Empowerment and Development Initiative, (OGYPEDI) have advised most especially the unemployed youths across the country no to see the current economic recession facing the country as a criteria to perpetrates crime.

They have also admonished the youth to continue to be law abiding citizens as Nigeria will soon get over her current challenges.

This advice was made in warri Delta State by the National Coordinator of the group Evang Japhet Omene Emmanuel at a working visit of the executives of the group to some notable personalities who have always been at the fore front of youth empowerment and development in the Niger Delta region, on the same note the Executive Director of the Group Dr. Mustafa Abdulrahman advice stakeholders holders in Niger region to see Youth Empowerment and Development as the possible solution to end militancy in the region, he attributed Youth neglect by relevant stakeholders in the region to militancy and therefore call for immediate Empowerment and Development of youths across the region, Amb Michael Ipheghe National PRO of the group says the group is has resolve to train 15,000 youths across different States of Nigeria in different skills acquisition programs of their choice.the group will continue to advocate for better living for youths across the globe according to Mr Michael ipeghe without any compromise.
