15 Ajegunle Grassroots Humanitarians Living Outside The Community

These people have creatively inspired young minds to put their destinies first before gratifications. The purpose of this noble assessment to spur more Ajegunle people to promote humanity in Nigeria. There are 15 Ajegunle grassroots humanitarians living outside the community who had credibly done well to promote grassroots development in recent times.

1. Alhaji Olawale Ariyo is the Managing Director of Single Soul Engineering Limited and Single Soul Ventures.Olawale Harunna Foundation has helped many to fulfill God’s purpose without stress. He was born November 27, 1978.At 38, this very young man has credibly done well in promoting humanity till date.Ajegunle is the second home of Ariyo,precisely,this man grew up in one of the slum communities in Ajegunle and fought hard to eliminate poverty in his life. He has become a role model to young minds within and outside Ajegunle.He is a great humanitarian to record with in this 21st century in Nigeria.

2. Mr. Christopher Ogosi is one young man that saw poverty but fought his way out to prominence. Living in Iya-Ojo area of Ajegunle from one room apartment to two room apartment and fortune smiled on him and he relocated out of Ajegunle.He never left Ajegunle behind than promoting Ajegunle entertainment industry and sponsoring education of less- privilege ones in Ajegunle city. He hails from Sagbama LGA in Bayelsa State.

3. High Chief Michael Orobosa Ubogu is a household name in Ajegunle when it comes to philanthropic gesture which cut across all spheres of life. He has positively impacted lives in all ramifications. One thing that makes Michael Ubogu different from his peers is magnanimous love for every tribe in Nigeria.

4. Ambassador Obitex Emmanuel is the Lagos co-ordinator of helping international (H2i) and one of the fastest-growing online marketing networks in Nigeria. Having lived in Ajegunle from hand to mouth and God brought him out of poverty to limelight.Today,he has brought helping hands international to Ajegunle being co-ordinated by Comrade Paul Moses. Few Ajegunle children are under the helping hands international scholarship. He is one man that is not afraid to promote Ajegunle community in his present status.

5. Daniel Alabrah is one noble Ajegunle journalist who rose from obscurity to limelight through dint of hard work and perseverance. He was the former Head of Media and Communication of Presidential Amnesty Programme and former deputy editor of the Sun Newspapers. In Ajegunle grassroots sports and education, Daniel Alabrah has positively impacted lives in all ramifications. He is a renowned grassroots philanthropist to the core.

6. Barr Bright Obaduemu is one young man that has grassroots advocacy for the downtrodden. He is not a proud person but a legal icon that helps the poor to get justice at any given time. Having lived in Ajegunle for many years until fortune smiled on him and relocated to Mile 2 area of Amuwo-Odofin, Lagos State. The second home of this Isoko- born legal icon is Ajegunle and his social media advocacy on true federalism is worthy of emulation to the core.

7. Comrade Joseph Evah is the President of Ijaw Monitoring Group and mouth-piece of Niger-Delta people in Lagos State. In the past years and till now, he has been organizing Ijaw local wrestling champions and football competitions in Ajegunle.He is a detribalized Ijaw man with impeccable character. He has offered several scholarships to the Niger-Delta youths in Ajegunle and beyond.

8. Prince Efemena Elutabe is the President of Freetan Sports Club and a renowned media promoter, chartered Accountant and motivational speaker. He has helped many to fulfill their destinies in Ajegunle and beyond. He is a man of integrity.

9. Mr.Ighalo Odion is a world class football who came out from the slum of Ajegunle and has been empowering Ajegunle widows over the years through Wazobia Widows Foundation of Nigeria under Pastor Benjamin Igoh(JP).He is a young footballer with vision to grow grassroots football to an enviable height.

10. Barr. Rita Orji is the present Ajeromi-Ifelodun House of Representatives member and chairman Diaspora committee under the platform of the PDP.

She immediately relocated from Ajegunle after the 2015 general elections due to security challenge. She single-handedly brought Tasly world to Ajegunle to ameliorate the sufferings of many in the community.

11. Opj Diplomatic: This is one renowned Ajegunle radio presenter with Wazobia FM promoting grassroots music to all levels. He has helped many Ajegunle musicians to become stars and beyond.

12. Chief John Asiemo is popularly called by friends and admirers as’Daddy Showkey’ has extremely done well in promoting Ajegunle community. His fame has helped many in Ajegunle to fulfill their destinies.

13. Ruth Kadiri is another great Nollywood star and film producer who attended First Foundation College in Ajegunle.She had made Ajegunle proud in major roles in the Nigerian movies. Many a time she has paid many school fees to less-privileged students in Ajegunle.

14. Samson Siasia is a world-class coach from Ajegunle city. He has one way made Ajegunle community proud. He has honored several invitations as guest speaker in Ajegunle and remains sought-after coach in Africa.

15. Ben Omagie is a radio presenter with difference. He has used his professional skills to promote Ajegunle music over the years and remains the best in this 21st century radio presenters.
