Delta APC Apologies To Hon Temi Harriman Sophisticated Strategies In Top Gear To Enlarge Political Stake Towards 2019

The State Executive Committee of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Delta State has apologised to one of the prominent Chieftains of the party, Hon Barrister Temi Harriman.

The cheering news is contained in an advertorial published today in two national newspapers, the Vanguard and The Nation, respectively.

The nullification of Temi Harriman's suspension is signed by State Chairman, Prophet Jones Ode Erue and State Assistant Secretary, Comrade Chris Onochojare, in which the duo stated that the said suspension lacked foundation, done in chronic error and therefore null and void ab initio.

The legal implication of "null and void ab initio" is to the effect that HON TEMI HARRIMAN was never at any material time suspended from APC Delta Chapter since the act was ultra vires the powers of those who issued the suspension at the material time in April 2015.

SEC tendered unreserved apology to the victim of the illegal suspension (Hon) Harriman.
