SME Empowerment: PDP Women, Hail Osanebi

Women wing of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), have commended the Deputy Speaker, Delta State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Friday Ossai Osanebi for his unwavering commitment to the empowerment of women through small and medium scale enterprises to boost prosperity.

The women in a commendation message issued by Mrs Ogbere Rita thanked the empowerment master for his foresight and total commitment to the party's manifesto of prosperity and for his unalloyed support to Sen. Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa.

The message read in part, "we wish to thank Rt. Hon. Friday Ossai Osanebi for the empowerment given to us'.

The group further said that they are confident of the leadership of the Deputy Speaker and pledged "solid support" to him.

Ogbere of Ward 9 in Ndokwa East vowed on behalf of the Women to always stand by the Deputy Speaker in his political and life endeavors.

Osanebi in line with his empowerment mandate for his people, have focused on raising small and medium scale enterprises in the area to trigger job creation and prosperity, in accordance with the state Governor's prosperity mantra.

To this end, over twenty small and medium scale ventures have sprang up and others vitalized in different communities in Ward 4, in Ndokwa East.

Just recently, another set of businesses were established in communities in Ward 9 after the empowerment master gave over twenty women, money and other logistics to establish businesses of their choice in Ibrede.
