Philadelphia, PA - July 27, 2016. The United People for African Congress (UPAC) is partnering with the National Democratic Ethnic Coordinating Council for the first ever, Historic African Fundraising Event at the Democratic National Convention.

This year's convention is being held in the City of "Brotherly Love and Birthplace of Independence" Philadelphia.

UPAC is here to be your voice! On Wednesday, July 27th2016 the Clarion Hotel located at 76 Industrial Highway, Essington, PA 19029 will be the host venue for a night of festivities and African performances.

The Democratic Power Night VIP Reception begins at 6:30 to 8pm and Dinner is 8 pm to Midnight.

These great performances will include: GILBERT FANTA and other notable public figures. This year UPAC marks the emergence of millions of Ethnic Africans in the democratic process in the United States.

In attendance are prominent US politicians, academia, dignitaries, and personalities.
