One & Only Resorts Appoint Viktoria Riley As Director Of Sales And Marketing, One & Only Ocean Club

One&Only Resorts , the award-winning collection of ultra-luxury resorts, announce the appointment of Viktoria Riley as Director of Sales and Marketing, One&Only Ocean Club, effective immediately. In her new role, Riley will direct and oversee the iconic resort’s sales and marketing teams, and be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve the resort's objectives.

“Viktoria’s leadership in developing and executing sales and marketing initiatives in the ultra-luxury market demonstrates her incredible value to One&Only Ocean Club,” says John Conway, General Manager, One&Only Ocean Club. “Her extensive experience will be invaluable as we continue to welcome leisure and corporate guests in a variety of key target markets.”

Riley has nearly 20 years of leisure and hospitality experience, having worked in sales and marketing across the globe for Marriott International Inc., Starwood Hotels & Resorts, and Anantara Phuket Resorts. Most recently, she was the Director of Global Sales of North America for Minor Hotel Group where she established the North America sales office, built key account relationships for the portfolio’s luxury segment, and generated brand awareness.

Long recognized as one of the world’s most exclusive resorts, the iconic One&Only Ocean Club unveiled resort wide enhancements, including a complete redesign of the Hartford Wing and the introduction of the new infinity-edge Ocean Pool and Ocean Pool Grill, in November 2015.
