I cannot stop writing about this young CEO in his early 40s, whose interest to create job opportunities for Nigerians in the Maritime sector. He needs no entrepreneurial introduction in humanitarian services and grassroots sports in Nigeria.

For three Mindset Media Achievers Excellence Awards, I had specially invited Chief Michael Ubogu to chair and speak in my event, he has over time exhibited a rare gift in developing new ideals in business with creative results to the core.

He is not just a grassroots humanitarian legend which Mindset Media Limited has often described him but comes to motivating clergies on how to run their churches with results, he remains the best motivator of our time in Nigeria.

One of the churches recently invited this refulgent motivational speaker to speak on their annual ministers’ conference, where Michael Ubogu told ministers of God to be givers not just receivers from members only. This was not the first time, he had ministered in that platform, but ministers were blessed with the gifted word of God from a man whom many described as “big striker” in the grassroots sports.

He is not a pastor but creative speaker that has in-depth knowledge of the Holy Bible and world-class motivational achievers. Those who participated at the ministers’ conference where Michael Ubogu enlightens ministers of God on how to make religious progress without hesitation, are now counting their testimonies of this great revelation.

To Michael Ubogu, motivating people to do well in business and life, it is an in-born gift from God not man. Many motivational speakers are not practicalising what they are motivating their audience but I speak based on both theoretical and practical facts.

Lastly, Michael Ubogu is rated among the A-list motivational speakers in Nigeria, whose touching backgrounds have significant inputs in the lives of the Nigerian youth. The Like of Agatha Amata,Fela Durotoye,Samuel Adeyemi,Remi Dairo,Linus Okorie,Poju Oyemade,Pat Utomi,Niyi Adesanya,Austeen Eugene,Zakka Bala,Andrew Elueni,Blessyn Okpowo,Isaac Idahosa,Nnamdi Ezeigbo,Leonard Umunna,Sonny Bello and host of others. He remains a great motivational speaker of the 21st century.
