APC Officials In Adamawa Should Be Sacked Says An Aggrieved Aspirant
An aspirant who failed to win in the just concluded rescheduled All Progressives Congress (APC) Party Primaries of Hong local Government area, Hon. Eric Theman Dollars berates the party official of being bias in favor of a particular candidate against the other seven aspirants.
According to him Party shifting the primaries that ought to have been held last Saturday in Hong is because of the simple fact that Halliru Adamu Lala who is the suppose winner would have woefully fail.
He alleged that the Party official has the intention of rigging, where they brought all the delegates from Hong to Yola and caged them in a Hotel armed with security men to stop aspirants from seeing them.
"We are running from imposition from other party and this present administration led by Muhammadu Buhari is known to be fighting corruption but Adamawa APC is not fighting it,how can a place like Hong that is known to have high number of Educated people in the state and they told us our delegates don't know how to read and write unless someone do that for them?" He said
"All the candidates didn't write with their own hands that they will vote against their wish,it was somebody else was doing that for them The party officials also changed the delegates list with different names in order to properly scheme victory votes for Adamu." He added
Dollars who is a grass root politician and one time a former Chairman of the LGA was surprised to get just a single vote during the primaries which he considered a staged managed vote given to him to cover up their evil plans.
He threatened to resign from being a card carrying member of APC if Governor Muhammadu Umaru Jibrilla Bindow could not sacked all the party leaders in the state because of their interest on Halilu Lala who win the primaries.
In a swift reaction the Southern Zone Vice Chairman of the party in the state,Mohammed Zubairu Baba Oga who officiated the rescheduled Primaries in Zuberu Adama Hall in Yola Said Eric accusations are just mire allegations of a victim of defeat.
He explained that because of how the primaries was conducted in Hong last Saturday it would have been characterized with serious crisis that might result to lost of life and property.
Baba also said that the state Exco of the party vowed to conduct free and fair,that they maintain that tempo and primaries was general adjudged the most freest and fairest by the general public in the state.
"All Aspirants and agents agreed that any Delegate who does know how to write they agents of that candidates should write for him,then tell where is our own problem? He said
" Because we want to please,to avoid crisis that can further excallet to something else and be fair to all we had to sponsored all delegates to the state capital in order to have a clean primaries". He added
