I want to use this medium to call on the management authorities of First Bank to call on its senior staffers of Ozoro First Bank branch in Isoko North on their sloppiness to customers that want to make transactions.

It has come to the public notice that anytime customers want to make huge transactions the senior management team are not available to attend to customers making them waiting helplessly in the bank for several hours.

Ozoro kingdom is linked with other communities that make use of First Bank services and customers should be treated well as far as the bank is sited in the community. Many complains of laxity from customers on the senior management of the branch should be immediately looked into by the management authorities now.

The worst is that customer cannot see any senior management team to make any enquiry on bank transactions most especially for those that live outside Ozoro community.

Ozoro community is blessed with human and capital resources and First Bank authorities must satisfy its customers first in all levels. Now that the Yuletide period is at the corner, customers’ services should be improved and considered first.

Let the management authorities of First Bank address the pertinent issues affecting the Ozoro First Bank branch on laxity of its workers to customers.
