I Love Giving As A Pastor Says Rev Atchor

The newly posted Ajeromi-Ifelodun Provincial headquarters pastor of the Church of God Mission International, Rev Atchor Matthew, a trained Educational psychologist cum International award-winning author recently told Mindset Media Limited in his palatial office, how he intended to change the ministerial orientation of the members and the church for the next four years.

According to the Delta-born Pastor and a product of both LASU and UNILAG, said I have been in the ministry for 25years having opened many branches for the Church of God Mission, God has been faithful to me. My growing up as child was not easy but God saw me through in life. I attended ALL Nations for Christ Bible Institute to equip myself in the kingdom assignment. Posting me to Ajegunle was not easy because I was coming from an environment of the crème da la crème in the society but I have to tell my family on the new assignment and they agreed with me.

He added that my mission is to rebuild the provincial headquarters with godly people who can be entrusted with leadership positions in any level. As a pastor, I love giving to people because it attracts blessings to God’s children.

My first assignment with the grace of God in my life to change the inner structural design of the church, so that somebody outside Ajegunle can fellowship with us and some leaders that are due for certain positions of the church should also go for extra ministerial trainings.

Our youths should also further their education so that they can compete favourable with their equals all over the world. If all these things are spiritually and physically fulfilled, then other assignments will follow suit.

He further spoke on the thanksgiving service coming up this Sunday with the theme ‘Greater Glory’. It is going to be a great programme to mark the new beginning of another year in our lives. Anybody that graces this year thanksgiving service would never remain the same again. Many people are coming to grace this service and God has packaged many blessings for everybody, He said.
