Concerned Niger Delta Youths Initiative Condemns Maiduguri Bombing

We the members of the Concerned Niger Delta Youths Initiative hereby unambiguously condemn in the strongest terms, the bombing of Mosques in Maiduguri the Bornu state capital and Jemita Yola the Adamawa State capital which led to the lost of several lives and injurying over hundreds of people. We received with sadness, news of the dastardly bomb attacks earlier in the morning and later in the afternoon today.

We wish to send our heartfelt commiserations to the Government and the good people of Bornu and Adamawa States most especially to all those who lost loved ones and also to the injured.

We hereby reaffirm our total support and commitment to the federal government led by President Muhammadu Buhari and the security forces in finding quick and lasting solutions to eradicating Boko Haram, terrorism and mindless extremism from Nigeria in the shortest possible time.

We equally call on all Nigerians irrespect of tribe and religious belief to pray for sustainable peace and to the end of the security unrest in the North Eastern part of our dear country.
