The reality star was pictured as she headed to a meeting in Santa Monica, California.
She has stayed home while her husband Kanye West parties at Paris Fashion Week, ahead of the imminent birth of her second child.
Kim is thought to be around seven months pregnant with the couple’s son, and she has not held back from expressing her displeasure at the realities of the experience.

‘I’m gonna keep it real: For me, pregnancy is the worst experience of my life!’ she wrote on KimKardashianWest.com, in an effort to be open with her fans and subscribers.
The socialite continued to express her most frustrating concerns with the process, noting ‘the complete mindf*** of how your body expands and nothing fits’.
Kim also harped on how ‘disgusting’ pregnancy and giving birth can be, and how women are never prepared for it because no one likes to talk about it.
‘Do you know you basically have to wear a diaper for two months afterwards?’ she asked, joking that the blood loss was ‘so sexy’.

Speaking of which, the typically confident star opened up about some mental downsides she’s noticed during pregnancy, such as a lower self esteem.
‘I don’t feel sexy, either – I feel insecure and most of the time I just feel gross,’ Kim revealed of her state of mind.
Kim did admit that while the process is a struggle, she enjoyed the aftermath: working hard to get her body back into its usual, sexy shape.

‘I feel so accomplished when I’m back to where I want to be,’ the Cosmopolitan magazine cover star gushed.
While Kim is focusing on getting through her pregnancy, her husband is already making plans for their son – saying he hopes the child ‘can feel purpose’.
The 38-year-old rapper, says the couple haven’t agreed on a name for their baby, but he is excited to see what he will accomplish in the future.
‘I don’t have a name for him, but what I hope for him is that he can feel purpose,’ he said, in reply to a question
The New Slaves hitmaker, who also has two-year-old daughter North with Kim, thinks it’s important that their children experience feelings of desperation and failure.
He explained to Anna Wintour during a one-on-one with the SHOWStudio team at Paris Fashion Week: ‘The other night I was driving in Paris, and I saw these three high school kids running top speed.
‘I didn’t know if they were chasing a guy or what, and there was a bus on the side of the street that was about to pull off, and they were beating on the side of the bus.
‘And I looked at the time and it was like, 1am, so that might be the last bus of the night, and I was just like, really saddened.
‘I was like, ‘How can I make my son feel that?’ Because once you’ve felt that, then none of these f***ing questions matter. When you’ve missed that last bus before, when you have the opportunity to get on the bus?
‘You don’t give a f*** about any of this. And having to sleep downtown in a parking lot, it’s almost like not feeling anything. It’s almost like being numb because of what I went through.’
