APC USA International Secretariat Cautions Allot Ministers Appropriate Ministries To Jump Start Economy
The long awaited follow-up is here, the announcement of ministers. The first time ministers are rolled out in batches. Good news, National Assembly scheduled the first batch of 21 ministers starting next week. It has become a habit where Nigerian Presidents’ takes time to announce ministers. Following the trajectory of democracy method, it is very unhealthy to a developing country.
Furthermore, Nigerians are wondering and pondering why it took Mr. President so long to turnout his ministers to National Assembly, while appointees are his closest associates at the eve of September 30th deadline. It may be necessary to enumerate appointment criterions to serve as a learning curve to governance.
However, Nigerians and the world over are overwhelmed with the outcome, entrusting Technocrat Diaspora inclusion in the next list. In the first batch, we observed political veterans played a major role in the appointment. As such, Technocrat Diaspora are very confident in this administrations effort to work with all Diaspora, who have offered to serve in any capacity. Remarkably known to us, some Diaspora committedly worked for All Progressives Party’s victory and have shown loyalty to the part at all level, purposefully to advance the course of the party while bringing their expertise.
In view of these, we gathered, National Assembly are more than ready to securitize appointed ministers next week, to commence a thorough and unbiased screening. National Assembly is highly commended for swift action and Nigerians expect display of professionalism without rancor or sentiment. Again, we implore, National Assembly to put Nigeria ahead of ethnicity and political inclinations.
You will agree with us, previous and outgoing administrations brutally destroyed Nigeria beyond the expectations of a common man, a tax payer who entrusted every administration. Peaceful loving common-man is always at lost. Posterity will never forgive atrocities!
From the foregoing, to jump start the economy, Nigerians highest expectations are to allot ministers appropriate ministries. Meanwhile, we commend President Muhammadu Buhari’s in considering gender in this appointment.
