Multiple Blasts Rock Damaturu

SAN FRANCISCO, October 07, (THEWILL) – Multiple explosions have been reported inside and around a residential community, Buhari Housing Estate, in Damaturu, Yobe State.

The blasts, which occurred on Wednesday morning left at least a dozen people dead and several others injured.

Troops and other government agencies are presently in the area.

No group has claimed responsibility for the blasts which has the hallmark of the terrorist group, Boko Haram.
