APC USA International Secretariat is very proud of President Muhammadu Buhari, for keeping his september promise and choosing to announce the appointment Newly Appointed Ministers and Minister of Petroleum, while answering questions at United Nations General Assembly, New York.

Fascinatingly to note, how his Special Adviser on National Assembly Matters cut his trip, returned to Nigeria to deliver the rest ministerial list to the Senate President.

This is the first time for a Nigerian President to do either of these outside Nigeria. This is highly commendable, more grease to your high rising, shinning elbows!
