Dear Sir,

Your Excellency we hope this meets you well and we it is important to bring these perspectives and projects shared below to your notice given it involves NASRDA and NIGCOMSAT which are key to Nigeria as Technology Institution and Infrastructure. Please permit us to communicate to other Institutions and organisations here mentioned and in copy.

It is a pleasure to reach out to the UNOOSA and to DailyTrust based on your recent article titled: "Nigeria's N34bn communications satellite idle in space-Sources....its not true, NIGCOMSAT say" written by Zakariyya Adaramola and published Friday, August 28,2015 in the Business column of page 23. NigComSat-1R has no reason being moribund when it can be applied to Climate Change studies (as affirmed by Ban ki-Moon's words) Mining and/or Agricultural research which will aid our craving to need-fully diversify the Nigerian economy. Prof. Tunji Samuel Ibiyemi was right to have commented about the 42 months non use of its transponders in space. There is a need for our space engineers at NASRDA, NIGCOMSAT to visit, go on escortions and/or undertake diverse training programs at MarsOne, NASA, ESA, ROSCOSMOS, SpaceX, Virgin Galactic, UNOOSA office, the Mars Society and more.

We need to attract more young people into STEM and the Space field to secure our nation, continent and mankind's technological research evolution. The eccentric Dutch billionaire Bas Lansdorp CEO & Co-founder of MARS ONE had been in contact with us about wanting to visit Nigeria to meet with the leadership- currently President Buhari to share an eye opening lecture/framework on its 2024 space project and mission to Mars and to discuss how Africa's largest economy can be part of this foresight and legendary pursuit for the glory and advancement of our species.

We sort all lines of sponsorship funding and the last administration's Presidential support to make this successfully happen to no avail! And we are once again open to lend our support in this regard to the agencies and nation. We are planning and working towards a collaboration various global Aerospace firms and seek Share Space's and other partnerships with respect to hosting the "Africa AeroSpace, Security & Defence Conference 2016" which will hold in Q3 in Abuja. Also Congratulations on Nigeria's contributions to the collating of the 17SDGs which are being implemented global. We will keep all further posted on our strategic plans to push its boundaries to empower and educate the youth. Please see article below:
