Madumere Is God Fearing And Humble - Clergy

A clergy of the Anglican Communion, Rev. Emmanuel Okoroafor has congratulated Imo Deputy Governor on his victory with his boss, Owelle Anayo Rochas Okorocha in their last re-election bid, which he described as well deserving.

The Curate of the Cathedral of Transfiguration of our Lord, Owerri extolled Imo Deputy Governor, Prince Eze Madumere for his rare virtues, which he said distinguishes him from others.

Speaking when he visited the office of the Deputy Governor yesterday, the Curate said he came to share few words and also encourage the Imo number two citizen never to depart from his trade mark characters.

Speaking further, he said Prince Madumere is not only humble but humble at heart. He averred that people mistake humility for weakness, which he described as the greatest strength any forward looking and progressive minded person should seek.

In addition, he attributed Prince Eze Madumere’s humility and loyalty for the stability in the system, which he linked key to the success story.

In his belief, he asserted that Prince Madumere has so much in stock for the masses for his fear of God. He also averred that Prince Madumere has a heart for God and the less privileged, which he traced many years back even before coming into politics.

The Curate who is also the Assistant Music Director of CATOL choir also thanked the Deputy Governor for his kind gesture over his financial donation to the choir to encourage them.

After his words of admonition, the clergy prayed for Imo Deputy Governor asking for God’s grace upon him. He also prayed that he be surrounded by men of good counsel to enable him take right decisions for the good of Imo State.

In his response, Prince Madumere thanked Rev. Emmanuel for his time and humility of heart in service. He assured him that Rescue Mission government led by Owelle Rochas Okorocha will continue to do everything possible for the betterment of the people.

He reminded the clergy that it takes only God to grant wisdom and spirit to do the right thing especially when it comes to service to man and humanity. He assured the Curate he will never disappointment the people who repose so much confidence and trust in him. , in his words; “This is the way great God who made me, what is it that I am looking for that I will force myself to behave otherwise. Let me assure you with God always on my side, I will never disappoint my people who reposed so much confidence and trust in me”.
