The Locusts Won, Omen Is Still Bad. Herculearn Task Ahead

By AJAYI ALADE OLASUPO

How could bitter cola nut, walnut and sugarcane be blended together to produce pure honey? If they do, it means the process is subjected to extremely, spiritual, socio-economic and political restructuring.

In fact, it would be a herculean ordeal especially for any forms of situational and spontaneous alliance which was obviously based on overwhelming desire for gratification of overwhelming self-centredness, cynical ploy, sit-tight political syndrome, unadorned spirit of retaliation .and position-drive syndrome with impunity.

Furthermore, any impulsive step or alliance formed with impunity in relating to the interest of the party or person that feeds them socio-politically and economically robust and powerful should neither be regarded nor any apparent achievement thereafter, be rejoiced over by the people. It does not always stand the test of time, except with special intervention of God.

All the sincere patriots let us be praying fervently for God’s intervention and His domineering will. While they are rejoicing and jubilating.

Critical and shrewd analysis of present political assemblies and their inherent political culture, would present no appreciable progressive change unless the head is smarter than them and he is being fully supported by God.

The poor are just like expectant women eagerly expecting either hopeful baby or an assembly of political active dodgers that are so very clever in carpeting their misdeeds.

Should there be any lasting significant holistic in national security, socio-economic and political transformation, truly it is God’s merciful intervention. For God’s sake where they were as speaker, senators, governors, commissioners and so on in their former political parties what benefit did people drive from them or contributory efforts in revamping the economic situation and suppressing insecurity in their respective areas that they are now presenting themselves as if they were innocents and saints.

Some governors are so poor administrators that they are only looking for the General to come and protect their image . They are shameless administrators that could not utilize the available resources on their respective domain given time limit and precarious situation, to maximize the expected outputs (services and prompt payment of salaries).

Some of the legislators are now saying that they are going to cut down their salaries and supporting the government to fight corruption. This is sheer exhibition of their self-conviction that they strong contribute to the on-going problems that pervade the entire country now.

Most of them are multimillionaires within eight or four years of their being at ivory tower while most of their mates with whom they graduated at the same year or even their seniors are either jobless or still there lamenting in hungry, yet these political functionaries do not see themselves as being corrupted or official thieves.

Some defect from one party to other so as to prevent them or their close relatives from being tagged or arraigned in courts, even if they were obviously involved in either corruption, or other vices. The clever politicians crossed so as to prevent the government in power which can eventually wield supreme power over them from arresting them let alone trying them.

Are the erstwhile ministers, legislators and governors who are now exonerating themselves from on goings in the country are true saints? (Rhetoric question). The politicians, who are you now alleging as being corrupted? Are they the people that are not in your party?

The perennial problems that pervade Nigeria is individualistic heart-syndromes that only god can solve. Please let all of us repent of our evil deeds for the sake of this country. This is a paradoxical drum which calls for only the witty to dance and the knowledgeable to discern it.

The endemic problem now is that it is sincerely a very herculean task to carry them along in producing long-lasting honey even if it is possible.

Thorough analysis of their defection would only produce rainbow of self-centredness, cynical ploy, extremely ambitious position-drive syndrome which is symptomatic of hard-hearted decision to retaliate their loss of bids to secure the position they vied for in their respective parties and disguise patriotism.

Dear patriots, I still reiterate that if the root cause of defection of most of the defectors from one party to another is subjected to thorough political analysis based on shrewd analytical parameter or paradigm, it would definitely print out self-centredness and unpatriotic ambition.

Well, even if it is adduced to act of seeking political redress it is still likened to uprooting the tree that bore the fruits that fed them robust and powerful.

Sincerely, defection which was based on thirst for eradication of corruption; averting economic depression, combating insecurity or which obviously masterminded by yearning to enhance rapid socio-economic development that would result in general harmony, peace and unity is usually a welcome option.

The locusts have won. My dear Nigerians, elections are now over, the swearing ceremony is booming, let us ruminate on these questions. 1. How many of the so called political defectors defected just because of socio-economic and insecurity position in the country? 2. Did the man who deflected barely a week after ACN won governorship election in Osun state despite his position and ample chance in the then incumbent government defected just because of self-interest or interest of common people? Why did he not resign ever before the election? 3. Would he have resigned if the party had won the election? 4. What were the roles of legislators who occupied enviable position at ivory tower, even a so-called speaker or senators ever before the struggling for one position or the other started in their party? 5. Did one of erstwhile governor who could not see anything wrong in his party until he was unable to ensure gratification of his ambition to be the national secretary of his party crossed to other political party mainly because of inordinate ambition (self-centred ambitious aggravation) or national interest? 6. Again did the governor who was seriously and vehemently accused of security threats and perpetuation of crimes before, during and after the election that ushered him out of office as a governor defected purposely because of national insecurity, corruption and interest of changing the country and lot of people for better? 7. Did most of these defectors have in their mind the interest of the others either in the party A or B?

All the above questions do not exclude all other political functionaries who have occupied one political office or the other since 1999 till date. If they are so sure of their innocence, let them give account of their financial positions before they came into political board (office) and their present financial position to the Nigerian citizens.

All we need is special prayer to god for his mercy. Common people are at the mercy of God.

Any person that would rule this country successively must be a natural political scientist and analytical guru with fundamental disposition and acumen for service of mankind. This would enable such a person to be very dynamic in achieving intra-party restructuring of political culture of all members of his political party and socio- economic mental perception of all and sundry in this country.

Most of us Nigerians are so much deficient in fundamental political disposition and, advantageous holistic evaluation of policies that could transform this country.

Let us reason together, besides partisan politicians, our general political culture is not wholesome. Our political attitude when there is call to exercise our franchise does not enhance rapid transformation of our political development which would consequently lead to socio-economy development and eradication of all form of threats to our national security. Sorry! It may be a reflection of our state of poverty.

Are our politicians so honorable? Well, they may be Honourable in siphoning public money, insatiable corruption, embezzlement and elections malpractices. Unfortunately, these make an hierarchical aisle in their lives thus- From poverty to wealth and wealth to prison yard. Thereafter, they inevitably become trainees in International Court of Criminal Justice and slaves in international prison yards.

I must let all Nigerians know as usual that privilege and good-luck are two dangerously and envitably salient indispensable integrals that usually make up an accomplish life, yet they always easily plunge people into catastrophic end; if they are not regulated by high spirit of contentment.

Yes, Daddy, pure honey is very sweet while truth is bitter, yet obedience to the truth is sweeter than honey. Man can be killed and the tree of truth bent and overshadowed, it can never be uprooted. Best of luck Nigerian!

THE DEFECTORS AND THEIR INORDINATE AMBITIONS.
The most defectors are insatiable locusts. The locusts are sets of gregarious insects that always fly in millions in search of very green vegetable farms. The common feature of the insects is to destroy any farms with greenish crops they are itinerary insects so they move from one farm to another immediately they sense that they have destroyed the farm on which they are grazing. They always render victim farmers powerless because they are numerous.

The locusts are insatiably greedy, always looking for farms with already grown-up, greenish leafy crops to gratify their insatiable urges with impunity. They are shameless insects with intention of having their stomach always well fed only.

THE DEFECTORS AND THEIR LEVEL OF PATRIOTISM.
Most defectors are always self-centred. Most of them defect mainly because of their inability to get candidature for one position or the other in their respective parties.

Having failed to gratify their ambition they are always hell -bent in looking for solace in the opposition parties.

They always want to be in power as if political offices were like monarchical offices.

They predominantly love being at ivory tower always without considering the others that are even better than them.

THE REALITY
The reality is that they just want to remain, if possible, permanently in Ivory tower. The locusts had never seen anything that would warrant their leaving their respective parties ever before they were denied chance to gratify their desires. Having, on their own political perspective or subjectivity seen it as a calculated insult or unbearable loss of ambition they at all cost seek solace from position-drive political parties. All you patriots, from your experience so far how many of them left their formal party mainly because of precarious threats to the national security, unemployment, and corruption?-Rhetoric Question.

APC AND THE DEFECTORS, WHO WON THE GENERAL ELCTION? APC is indisputably fundamentally comprised of CPC under the leadership of General Muhamadu Buhari (Long life Daddy). ACN and others. These political parties undoubtedly formed the bedrock of the alliance because it wholly involved the merging of different ideological political parties and not individualistic ideology. The defectors are either individuals or group of individuals that joined the existing alliance without whom the already established alliance should have been a laughing stuff. Therefore, anything that is indispensable to the existence of other is a sure determinant factor. Please permit me to remind you that the defectors won. PDP in the foreign land is still in control.

THE POOR
What the poor need to do now is to pray fervently for God’s intervention, not placing their expectation on human being. Look to God for your liberation (Psalm 121).

Bible says “woe to that man who places his trust in a mere man, whose breath is in his nostrils”

Please do not let us raise our hope beyond imaginable eventualities. Well, being wiser than them, the sagacious and experienced soldier has started cautioning them by letting them realize that “Rome was not built in a day”. This implies that the change will be gradual, which is a sharp contrast to the expectation of some political sycophants.

The propaganda on what he would do is too much. Are we going to be planning for him? Therefore, dear political sycophants, please, leave him alone.

Your degree of assertiveness is too much. The service is better appreciated after it has been impressively, successfully performed. A project is remarkably evaluated and justifiably assessed after it has been acceptably accomplished, subjecting it to analytical comparative parameter or paradigm with the previous ones. The sycophant should realize that the words anticipation or envisaging and reality are not the same. The time of elections campaign is over. Let us now be realistic in our expectations.

Nigerians, I must reiterate it that privilege and good-luck are two dangerously and enviably salient indispensable integrals that usually make up an accomplish life, yet they always easily plunge people into catastrophic end; if they are not regulated by high spirit of contentment.

LONG LIVE NIGERIA!!!
