THE DREADED IONS
The cloudless sky gang-ferried by wolves
And hireling-trained thieves and robbers
Dawn grazing sharp rays upon the x-rays
To generate their commemoratory bond
And deepen the duly downgraded depths
For the floods wobbling down high courts
The larks are court clerks blazing in the air
Summoning the wave for shore protection
Inspiration wanders like an ancient orphan
Plucking the hair off winds for perspiration
The thread in the arms of the dreaded ions
Breastfeed the nameless pens in the scrolls
