How Architect Franklin Okoli Was Brutally Murdered-citizen Samuelson Iwuoha Speaks , Part 3

Armed with the information and truth of the whole matter, as exposed at the security meeting held at Government House the previous day the Chief
of Staff to the Governor, Chief Jude Ejiogu, now smoking with anger and embarrassment the conspired against me had caused the state government, stormed the Imo State police command on Friday the 6th of June 2014 to effect my release. He visited the commissioner of police and tabled before him the outcome of the security meeting, of which the commissioner was already aware because he also sent a representative to that meeting and had briefed the chief of staff visited him in his office. The chief of staff visited with the following people
(1) Chief Donatus Ejifugha - Director general of Imo State Security Network
(2) Mr. Okey Okorocha – Senior Special Assistant on Security to the Governor.
They also visited the Deputy Commissioner of police and tabled before him the outcome of the security meeting. In Unmistakable terms, Chief Jude Ejiogu demanded that Citizen Ikenna Samuelson Iwuoha, his wife and others criminally and fraudulently arrested in connection with the murder of Architect Franklin Okoli were released. Chief Ejiogu also demanded that I be brought to him. The deputy Commissioner of police (Mr. David Folawiyo) ordered Supol Innocent Obi (IPO) to bring me. As I being brought out, I insisted that my wife and others were equally brought out to see Chief Jude Ejiogu and his entourage. So we were all brought out and we met the Chief of staff at the corridor leading to the office of the Deputy Commissioner of Police.
He shook hands with me and profusely apologized to me for the deceitful arrest. He opened his mouth and said that he had secured our release. As a statesman, he refused to take the glory but shifted the glory to governor Okorocha by telling me that the governor instructed him to come and release me and others. Of course, he was doing his job, trying to protect the Governor from the embarrassment and shame. At this point, let me say that Chief Sir Jude Ejiogu clearly demonstrated his maturity, discipline and ability and to handle crisis and conflicts. I introduced my wife to him, and with his hands on my wife’s shoulder, Chief Ejiogu said “Madam we are sorry”. He also apologized to others, saying “we are very sorry” Then everybody busted out laughing and cracking jokes. Chief Donatus Ejifugha jokingly said “Citizen Samuelson, the police did not put hand cuffs on you, why?. I replied by telling him that “Only criminals are put on cuffs”. Having secured our release, the Chief of staff (Chief Jude Ejiogu), Chief Donatus Ejifugha and Mr. Okey Okorocha left for Government House, while I, my wife and others were ushered into the office of the Deputy Commissioner of police. The Deputy Commissioner looked at me, looked at my wife and others, and then said “you people have been released but you have to wait down stairs to await further instruction” We thanked him and went downstairs to wait. Of course the news of our release was published on the internet and on facebook at once.
But after waiting downstairs for about 40 minutes, I became suspicious and I instructed my brothers, aides and well wishers who were “Practically camped” at the police Headquarters to put ears on the ground to find out what was going on. Within minutes, the following were confirmed
(1) The commissioner of police and the Deputy Commissioner of police made telephone calls to the Speaker of Imo State House of Assembly informing him that the Chief of Staff to the governor visited the police headquarters and effected my release and that of my wife and others.
(2) The Speaker of Imo State House of Assembly in turn telephoned the Governor of the state who was in far away Abuja to complain how the Chief of staff had bungled their joint plot against me and my family
(3) The Governor of Imo State made quick telephone calls to both Imo Commissioner of Police and his Deputy and ordered them never to release me or indeed anybody connected or related to me, that even if we committed no crime, we should not be released.
(4) The Speaker called the Chief of Staff on phone and tongue- lashed him for dabbling into his deal.
(5) The Governor called the Chief of Staff on phone and rebuked and scolded him for taking a decision to effect our release without first clearing from him (the Governor)
When I confirmed the above information, I called my wife aside and pleaded with her to be of good courage. I also called otherS and assured them that the devil would surely be disgraced in the end. On my own, I took a decisive decision to fight the monsters damming the consequences. I saw the whole drama as an insult and abuse on the integrity of an upright man, his wife and others, criminally arrested over what they did not commit. Shortly after, the second investigating police officer (IPO) Mr. Zubairu came to where we were and announced to us that he had been instructed to put us in our respective cells and we were detained again. At this point, let me say that the total number of people arrested in connection with the brutal murder of Architect Franklin Okoli were nineteen (19). That is, myself, my wife, and my tenants.
However, information later in the evening of that Friday 6th of June came to the effect that my tenants should be released segmentally (That is, in bits). Around 6pm only one of one of my tenants by name Miss Ijeoma was released on bail.
DECLARATION OF WAR.
The following day being Saturday the 7th of June 2014 was the day Almighty God spoke to me once again. Jehovah NISI assured me that he was with me and as his battle axe; he would strengthen me the more. The God of war declared to me in Isaiah chapter 41 verse 15 that; “Behold, I will make thee a new sharp threshing instrument having teeth; thou shall thresh the mountains and beat them small and shalt make the hills as chaff”. With these assurance from my God, I quickly stepped into the boxing ring to give these evil men the beating of their lives by stripping them naked before the whole world, strictly on the issue of false allegation of murder against me and my wife.
Having been exposed in their evil plot against me, these notorious and mad criminals led by Governor Okorocha decided to change strategy in order to nail me. Rochas Okorocha who was in Abuja and billed to return to Imo State on Sunday the 8th of June 2014, suddenly returned to the State on Saturday the 7th of June 2014, to now personally handle the evil plot. He breezed into the state capital around 10.00am and went straight to an emergency meeting at Government House.

8. Director General Imo Security Network Chief Donatus Ejifugha
9. Commissioner of Police, Mr. Abdulmajid Ali
10. Deputy Commissioner of Police, Mr. David O. Folawiyo
At the meeting, the Governor again scolded the Chief of Staff (Jude Ejiogu) for securing my release initially without first clearing from him. Efforts made by the Chief of staff to explain as the most Senior Official of the State Government as at the time I (Citizen Samuelson), my wife and others were wrongly arrested in connection to the murder of Architect Franklin Okoli, and accusing fingers pointing at the Government and the need to forestall any uprising which was imminent, that he moved to quench the emerging crisis by converging a security meeting; where the truth was exposed; and to free the state government from any blame, he took the decision to free me and others were shouted down by both the Governor and Speaker Uwajumogu. It then dawned on the Chief of staff that Governor Okorocha was part of the evil plot against me. The Deputy Governor, Eze Madumere was equally shocked; and efforts made by him to suggest to the Governor to release me were equally rebuffed by Okorocha.
At the meeting; while Speaker Uwajumogu said with his own mouth that Citizen Samuelson would rot in jail and detention, Governor Okorocha said that the state Government would use the judiciary to ensure that I was completely frustrated in regaining my freedom. At this point, the Governor ordered the Commissioner of police to charge me, my wife and others to court so that we would properly be remanded in prison custody. The Governor ordered the commissioner of police to charge us to court on Monday the 9th of June 2014. The Commissioner of police responded by reminding him that he the Governor had earlier instructed him to release the “others” in segment leaving Citizen Samuelson and his wife. The Governor replied that everybody should be charged to court and be remanded and that later, the “others” would be granted bail from the court and that his major goal was to make sure I did not regain my freedom.
Once you have been noticed as a vessel of honour unto God Almighty, the Kingdom of darkness will be jittery and will never be comfortable with your activities. Satan and his agents are aware that if they give you any breathing space, they will continue to be exposed. Their works would be exposed. Their deceits would be exposed. Their manipulations would be exposed. So in order to ensure that they are not further exposed in their evil works, Satan and his cohorts would connive to accuse the upright so as to put them away, and continue in their evil ways unchallenged. Corruption exposes the corrupt to shame, disgrace and pains. Corruption is a big sin and it strips the corrupt naked before the public. A corrupt man or government is totally naked before Almighty God and the public.
Conversely, in a bid to cover this nakedness, the Imo State government decided to use judiciary as leaves. Their aim was to put me away permanently, while they continue in their evil ways unchallenged. But they failed to realize that an upright man who is a vessel or channel of honour is always precious in the sight of God, who in turn goes to any great extent and length to protect his own. In the book of Isaiah chapter 59 verse 19, the word of God says “When the enemy comes in like a flood, the spirit of the Lord will lift up a standard for me against my enemies” Again, Almighty God confided in me in Psalm 27 verse 3, “Though evil errors may encamp against me, my heart shall not fear. Though war should rise against me, in thee shall I be confident”. Also, Revelation chapter 12 verse 11 says; They overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and the word of their testimony”.
When you are fighting corruption, it will fight back at you because he who is corrupt is of the devil, for the devil is corrupt from the beginning. For this purpose, our Lord Jesus Christ was manifested so that he might destroy the works of the devil (1 John chapter 3 verses 8b). These works of the devil include – Occultism, Witch craft, divination, corruption, homosexuality, bad leadership, ritual killing, looting of state resources etc etc.
Let me at this point state that the Imo State Police Command has fully become an accomplice in this injustice against me and in the brutal murder of Architect Franklin Okoli. Otherwise why should the commissioner of police be part of the evil plot to cover up a crime on one hand and to ensure that an upright man in all ramifications is punished on the other hand? Conversely, the hidden desires of the Commissioner of police, his Deputy and Supol Innocent Obi (including Mr., Zubairu) to cover this crime of murder on one hand and intentionally punish an innocent couple have comfortably made them accessory to the crime. The Imo State Police Command has therefore become a pillow on which criminal cases are protected in Imo State.
At the end of the emergency meeting at Government House, words reached me about one hour later, on the decision taken by the Governor and his cabal. Quickly, I put a telephone call to my God and he responded thus; “Behold my Son Citizen Samuelson, I am the Lord thy God. I am the God of all flesh; is there anything too difficult for me? Why are you bothering yourself? Is there anything too hard for me? Jeremiah Chapter 32 verse 27” Almighty God continued; “I will harden their hearts the more and use you to battle, confront, expose and destroy the works of the evil they are doing and by these, they will know that there is a God in heaven the Most High. So don’t bother”. The Impossibility specialist concluded. With these assurances from my God, I took a decision to move into the next stage which was to inform the Force Headquarters of the Nigeria Police of what was going on in Imo State and of course the complicity of the Imo State Police Command in this obvious threat to my life and family.
Let me proudly reiterate that the gang of Governor Okorocha, Speaker Uwajumogu, the Commissioner of Police and their cohorts are indeed too small to threaten me and my family. If they are theologically and spiritually oriented, they would have realized that it is the evil one called satan through his many human agents and occult groups like the Ogboni fraternity, marine spirit fraternity, homosexual cartel, killer squads, worthless idols, hard drug addiction cartel, fraud cartel, etc etc that induces and seek to intimidate people to submission. When you are in the Lord Jesus Christ, you will always emerge a winner in every and any battle.
So I wrote a letter from my detention cell to the Inspector General of Police, giving him details of what was going on in the state; that is the brutal murder of Architect Franklin Okoli by the agents of Imo State governments and the plot of the same government and the police (in the state) to cover up the crime by arresting me, my wife and others, all in the bid to divert attention.
I thereafter in that letter called on the Inspector General of police to ensure that the matter was properly investigated and the findings made public. Also, I informed the Force Headquarters of the visit of the Chief of Staff to the Governor and his colleagues, to the Imo Police Command to effect our release without the knowledge that Governor Okorocha was behind the whole evil plot against me. The letter was forwarded to the email address of the Inspector General of police and to the email address of the Force Headquarters. It was also made an open letter; for it was forwarded to various email addresses across the globe. Many online agencies published it as well.
Promptly, the authorities at Force Headquarters got in touch with the commissioner of police and clearly told him not to arraign me, my wife and others in court without proper investigation. This action of the Force Headquarters was the straw that punctured and frustrated the plot to arraign us in court without documented information and evidence on the 9th of June 2014, which was on a Monday. My letter to the office of the Inspector general of Police exposing the evil plot of the Imo police and the State Government caused serious Panics within Government and police Circle in the State. On Monday morning, the 9th of June 2014, the Deputy Commissioner of Police acting on the orders of both the state Governor and Speaker Uwajumogu, led other police officers to my cell to search for writing materials. I was detained in cell 7 while my wife was detained in cell 6. My cell had 32 other detainees while my wife’s cell has about 37 female detainees in one single cell room measuring 16 feet by 16 feet.
They searched for writing materials but could not find anything. They searched for phones, the one that have internet connections. As foolish and stupid as they were; nothing was found because Almighty God made them to be blind. The following day Tuesday the 10th of June 2014, Speaker Benjamin Uwajumogu sent a brand new surveillance – monitoring Camera to the Imo state Police Command for use, to monitor me and my movements and activities in my cell 7 and also to monitor my visitors on daily basis. I was receiving about 30 visitors daily; throughout my two months stay at the police Headquarters.
The purpose of the surveillance camera was to “Catch” me when writing or using phone, and to identify my visitors. The surveillance camera sent by the thieving Speaker of Imo State House of Assembly clearly proved and showed that the Imo State Government was working and collaborating with the State Police Command to hide the truth and information on how they killed Architect Franklin Okoli after failing to assassinate me on that same 3d June 2014.
After the search, I boldly asked the Deputy Commissioner of Police when they would commence proper investigation on the murder of the deceased Franklin Okoli. He did not say anything but merely looked at me in shock for having the boldness to ask him questions. It was at this point that I told him to his face that he was an incompetent Police Officer, who instead of doing or conducting proper investigation like;
1. Sending his men to confirm from the cyber-café’s management if I was there on that day in question.
2. Doing Autopsy on the Late Franklin Okoli.
3. Doing blood test from the blood samples to be collected from the blood stains found in my apartment and blood extract from the deceased.
4. Visiting the Neighbourhood and interrogating the residents and my neighbours, to see if they had any information to give.
5. Acting on the outcome of the Security meeting held at Government House, by arresting the killers of Franklin Okoli whose names, Phone numbers and residential addresses as were submitted to them; he was busy searching my cell to look for writing materials and phones so as to stop me from informing and alerting the whole world what was going on. The Deputy Commissioner became mad and threatened to slap me but I thundered that he would be dismissed by the Police Service Commission. He and his men left the cell humiliated and totally empty.
Of course I continued to write and publish, informing Imo Citizens, Nigerians and the global community of the conspiracy of the state government and the police to witch-haunt me. While I was pounding these fools and idiots from my own end, the great crusader and humanist, Comrade Kenneth Uwadi was bombing them from his own end. Almighty God coordinated everything. My brothers and sisters were equally alert to the responsibilities which I gave them. My foot soldiers were also busy sourcing information for me.
Through these divine co-ordinations, we completely stripped the Imo State Government and the State Police Command naked and empty which made the whole world to see them for who they are –------- Fools, idiots, blood suckers, blackmailers, criminals, pretenders, incompetent cabals, monkeys, baboons, scallywags, bunch of nonentities, and many more. The whole world became truly convinced that Governor Okorocha, Speaker Uwajumogu, the commissioner of police and their cohorts were covering the truth. In order to extricate themselves from the shame, the Imo State Governor through his directionless Senior Special Assistant on media (Sam Onwuemeodo), Speaker Uwajumogu through his uncoordinated media aide and thief (Emeka Ahaneku) who could not even wear the over-sized big shoe I left behind, Commissioner of police through the ever confused Police Public Relations Officer (DSP Andrew Enwerem) started issuing empty press releases and talking from both sides of their ‘’unbrushed’’ mouths. But it turned out to be a belated defense for a rogue government and the irresponsible Imo police. In shame and out of cowardice and timidity, Governor Okrorcha and Speaker Uwajumogu thereafter directed the Commissioner of police to release the 17 people (arrested along with me and my wife) in batches, to appear as if investigation was conducted.
ENTER THE HUMAN RIGHT GROUPS
The news of the criminal and fraudulent arrest of Citizen Ikenna Samuelson Iwuoha had saturated the whole cyber space, radio stations, television stations, Newspapers and magazines across the globe over the murder of Architect Franklin Okoli. The whole world were daily watching events as it unfolded; but nobody believed the story because of my core credentials of credibility, integrity, honesty and simple way of living.
However, disturbed by the development and intrigues being played and executed by the Imo State Government and the police; the various human Right groups in Nigeria came together under one platform to make enquiries on the matter. First, they called Governor Rochas Okorocha to get first hand information on the matter. But Okorocha denied knowledge of my illegal arrest. He also denied the involvement of the state government in my illegal arrest, and detention. Okorocha, a well known habitual and chronic liar forgot that he was speaking on phone and was recorded. Also, the Commissioner of police was called on phone to ascertain the true position of my involvement in the allegation, but he frivolously and mischieviously claimed to have returned from outside the state function and was yet to be properly briefed on the matter. These denials from both the man parading himself as the State Governor and ineffective and inefficient Police Commissioner made the Human Right Groups to visit me where I was detained at the police headquarters. They told me the details of their interaction with both Okorocha and the Police Commissioner. I responded by informing them that both the Governor and police commissioner were evil liars and that I had succeeded in stripping them naked before the public. I stated categorically to the Human Right groups that Okorocha, Uwajumogu and Imo Police were only looking for fig leaves to cover their nakedness, emptiness and involvement on the matter. I charged them to concentrate on the information being sent to their respective e-mail addresses and make use of it. I also assured them that I was in very high spirit and in full control of the whole situation. Finally, I assured them that once I regained my freedom that I would open the Pandora boxes of Governor Okorocha’s criminal, fraudulent, human rituals, Human Right Abuses, occultic and homo-sexual activities for the whole world to see. With these assurances from me, the Human Right Groups left in high spirit to go and prepare for the battle ahead.
I COMMUNICATED WITH MY LAWYERS
While all these drama were being played out, I contacted my lawyers both in Owerri, Abuja and Lagos. They were fully briefed through their e-mail addresses. They were given roles to play from their own ends.
Consequently, my Abuja based lawyer was directed to petition the Inspector General of Police on how Governor Okorocha, Speaker Uwajumogu and the Imo State Police Command connived with one another and criminally arrested, fraudulently detained and most dishonestly accused me and my wife of the murder of Architect Franklin Okoli on the 3rd of June 2014, after their failed plot to assassinate me on the same date. The lawyer was also directed to list names, phone numbers and residential addresses of the five killers who attacked my compound and subsequently killed and butchered the said Architect Franklin Okoli. Not Only that, the Lawyer was equally directed to inform the Inspector General of Police that I citizen Ikenna Samnuelson Iwuoha was senior Special Assistant on media to the Speaker of Imo State House of Assembly and later his Senior Special Assistant on Special Duties but resigned on the 17th of December 2013 after I discovered large scale fraud running into billions of naira (belonging to the Imo State Government) involving the Speaker himself, his chief of staff (Mr. Kodich Anamekwe, and his other aides led by Emeka Ahaneku: and that their inability to kill me at the office before I resigned on that 17th day of December 2013 made them to be uncomfortable. Hence they continued to seek ways to eliminate me by all means; and that the refusal of the State Governor to investigate the large scale fraud after officially informing him motivated me to petition the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) on the 18th of February 2014; and that the Imo Sate Government led by Governor Okorocha, Speaker Uwajumogu and their cohorts, in a bid to permanently conceal the fraud decided to have me killed, and that on the 3rd day of June 2014, Speaker Uwajumogu acting on the Orders of the State Governor sent five very armed men (cultists) led by one Sampson Isuogu whose father (Chief H. Izuogu) is a distant Uncle to the Governor of Imo State stormed my compound located at plot 98 Ikenegbu layout extension Owerri- Imo State, with the instruction to assassinate me; and that my absence at home made the killers to attack my compound, shooting people at sight, wounding several people which inadvertently led to the death (painful death) of Architect Franklin Okoli; and that in order to cover –up the crime, the Speaker of Imo State House of Assembly alerted the Police Command and instructed them to arrest me, and my family members including my tenants; and that the eventual security meeting held at government House Owerri on the directive of the Chief of Staff (Chief Jude Ojiogu) without the consent of the Governor, and which was attended by all the security agencies in Imo State exposed the killers and their sponsors; and that the refusal of the Imo State police Command to effect the arrest of the killers was an evil plot to hang the brutal murder of Architect Frankil Okoli on my neck and have me extra-judicially killed as their final game plan. Finally my lawyer was directed to request that the Force Headquarters (office of the Inspector General of Police) should take over the matter, conduct thorough investigation, make their findings public and arrest and prosecute all the culprits. My Abuja based lawyer quickly went to work and did as he was directed.
I WROTE OKOROCHA’S WIFE On the 14th of June 2014, I wrote from my police cell a letter addressed to the wife of the Governor, Madam Nkechi Okorocha. See attached. In that letter I explained in summary what happened and demanded that she effect my wife’s release, being a fellow woman, and an innocent one for that matter. The letter was sent to her email address. I also made the letter open for the whole world to read. Unfortunately, this woman on receipt of the letter that same moment and after reading it made the following comment; “Hmmm, Samuelson wants me to release his wife, when we already know that his wife controls his super –market business. If we release his wife, he will have asses to funds to fight us. Both of them will rot in detention”. From the above comment of Okorocha’s wife, it is obvious that she knew of the whole plot to have me killed, and when the plot failed, they conspired to accuse my family of murder.
I WROTE GOVERNOR OKOROCHA
The following day being the 15th of June 2014, I did a follow up by writing a letter addressed to Governor Okorocha. Before then, Okorocha had in his usual character of deceit, falsehood, unfaithfulness, wickedness, and fraudulent denial etc, denied that he had a hand in the wicked conspiracy against me in the murder allegation. Prominent Elders and Citizens of the State had called on him to effect my immediate release from police detention cell but he frivolously claimed not to know what was going on. The Human Right Ambassadors (a group of Human Right groups) equally called Governor Okorocha and requested him to effect my release. They clearly told Okorocha that Police authorities informed them that he was the one holding me in detention. But again Okorocha displayed his life character of deceit by denying having a hand in the matter. He even sore with the name of Almighty God.
Therefore, in a bid to put a lie to his defense of not knowing anything concerning my illegal arrest and criminal allegation of murder, I wrote a letter addressed to Governor Okorocha on the 15th of June 2014. Please see attached. I sent it to his E-mail address and also made it open which was published on facebook, online news agencies and in Newspapers and magazines. Again, this man parading himself as the Governor of Imo State, like his wife made the following comments; “Samuelson feels he is smart, we will never release him or his wife. We are using his wife’s detention along side with him to break him down. Since we did not kill him on that fateful day, then he has to remain in police detention cell”. Unquote” The above comment was Okorocha’s exact statement after reading my letter which I addressed and sent to him on that 15th June 2014. I have my people around him always.
Following the dramatic writing of letters to his wife and to him, which were also made public, Governor Rochas Okorocha became embarrassed and subtly indicted in the whole drama; so in a bid to give the impression that he was not in any way involved in my fraudulent arrest and detention, Okorocha directed the Imo State Police Command to pretend to be doing investigation and find a way to nail me in the murder allegation. This the police did by asking me to take them to the cyber café where I went to, on that 3rd June 2014, and to confirm if I was really there on that day in question. I took them to the place and the leader of the team of policemen (Mr Zubairu) asked the Management of the cyber café if I was there on that 3rd of June 2015. The Manager of the cyber café confirmed that I was there. I also opened my email addresses and the police officers confirmed that I worked on that day and time in question. I printed out the article in question which I was sending out on the internet, as evidence.
When we got back to the police station, I confronted the IPO and Head of Homicide department, Mr. Innocent Obi on why they were finding it impossible to conduct blood test from the blood stains found in my apartment and from the deceased man. It was this push from me that made the police authorities conduct blood test to ascertain if the blood stains found in my apartment would match with the slain man. When the result came out, it did not match. But Okorocha and Uwajumogu were dis-satisfied with the result, so they ordered the police to conduct another text and a negative result came out.
At this point, Governor Okorocha Speaker Uwajumogu CP Abdulmajid Ali decided to adopt a delay strategy that would continue to delay me. Hence they insisted that another blood test would be conducted, which also did not match when the result came out. Again the fourth blood test was conducted and it did not match.
It was in the middle of this orchestrated drama by Governor Okorocha Speaker Uwajumogu and CP Abdulmajid Ali against me that the family of the deceased Architect Franklin Okoli stormed the Imo Police command to set the record straight concerning their murdered son, brother and husband. The family told the Imo State Police command through the IPO and Head of Homicide department (Mr. Innocent Obi) in writing how their deceased relative was brutally murdered on that 3rd of June 2014. They stated in unmistakable terms that Citizen (Dr.) Ikenna Samuelson Iwuoha and his wife did not kill their son, brother and husband – Architect Franklin Okoli . They deposed an affidavit to that effect and submitted same to the police authorities. This action from the family of Late Franklin Okolie completely boxed the Imo State Police Command to a very tight Corner, and it became more obvious that the Imo Police under the very corrupt and useless CP Abdulmajid Ali was doing a hatchet job for the State Government led by the fraudulent Okorocha and the thieving Speaker of the Imo State House of Assembly.
On the 7th of July 2014, the Deputy Commissioner of police, Mr David O. Folawiyo led a team of police Officers to my house to “see” with his own eyes the blood stains and on his return to his office sent for me. When I was brought before him, the Deputy Commissioner of Police told me with his own mouth that he was from my House. He also told me that my wife and I would be released on the following conditions
1. That I should sign an undertaking that I would not sue the police for our unjust and illegal detention.
2. That I should sign an undertaking that I would stop my insistence that the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) should investigate top government officials of the state.
3. That I should sign an undertaking that I would not talk about the murder of Architect Frankiln Okolie and that it is only the police that have the right to talk about the matter.
It was at this point that I looked into his eyes and told him point blank that I was completely ashamed and disappointed with the Imo State Police Command for refusing to arrest the killers of Architect Franklin Okoli, even though they knew them. I also told the Deputy Commissioner of police that he should bow his head in shame for telling me that I would be released if I stopped pushing the EFCC to investigate the Speaker of Imo State House of Assembly. The Deputy Commissioner of Police was shocked that I could look him in his face and talk. So he quickly ordered Mr. Innocent Obi to take me back to my cell. By this time, there was more confusion at the police command, because they didn’t know how to handle me anymore
It was while this confusion was reigning at the Imo State Police Command that the leadership of the two cult groups that were involved in the war (before they were bought over by the State government) came out openly and made statement to the fact that Citizen Ikenna Samuelson Iwuoha and his wife did not kill anybody, rather that the Imo state Government and the Police command and indeed all the security agencies in the state knew what happened. The cult groups openly cautioned the state government and the police to stop pretending as if they did not know who killed Architect Franklin Okolie. Infact one of the groups – wrote an open letter to Governor Rochas Okorocha and told him clearly that the Imo State Government and the police and indeed all the security agencies in the state already had the names of the 5 cult boys (killers) who attacked my compound on the 3rd of June 2014, and in the process killed Architect Franklin Okolie. Their open letter was sent to Governor Okorocha and was also published in the NIGERIAN HORN Newspapers edition of 9th – 10th July 2014. Please see attached the publication in question. This singular act further exposed the idiocy, foolishness, stupidity and total complicity of the Imo State Government and the State Police Command in the whole matter; for they still refused to arrest the killers.
It was at this point that I undertook to openly ask the Imo State Police Command 23 questions and urged them to provide the answers to Nigerians and the International Community. I captioned it “QUESTIONS IMO POLICE COMMAND SHOULD ANSER NIGERIANS? Please see attached. It was published on the internet and forwarded to millions of e-mail addresses worldwide. I followed it up by addressing Nigerians from my detention cell at the Imo State Police Command. It was entitled “CITIZEN SAMUELSON IWUOHA ADDRESSES NIGERIANS FROM HIS POLICE CELL”, and I published it on the internet and also forwarded it to millions of e-mail addresses across the globe, Please see attached or just Google it. This was the miracle that completely exposed Governor Rochas Okorocha and Speaker Benjamin Uwajumogu for who they are before the whole world – men of questionable characters, rogues, criminals, murderers, thieves, cultists and occultists etc, etc. The Imo Police reacted by coming to search my cell every morning to look for writing materials and phones. The search team was always led by the very irresponsible Deputy Commissioner of Police, Mr. David Folawiyo, but Almighty God blinded them. ‘’’When God cooperates with you, every element of heaven will favour you.’’’ For God to use you as his crusader for manifesting his miracles, signs and wonders, you must be connected to Jesus.
While these dramas were going on in Imo State, the Force Headquarters in Abuja responded quickly to my Abuja based lawyers’ request by instructing the Commissioner of Police Mr Abdulmajid Ali to transfer the case to them for further and proper investigation. But this directive was completely ignored by the Police Commissioner. This action of CP Abdulmajid Ali prompted the Inspector General of Police to order the Deputy Inspector General of Police in charge of force criminal investigation department (F-CID) to take action. So on the 24th of July 2014, the Deputy Inspector General of Police in charge of force CID sent senior police officers from Abuja to effect the transfer of Citizen Ikenna Samuelson Iwuoha and his wife and their case to Abuja for proper and transparent investigation. The senior police officers came with a letter signed by the D.I.G. himself. The letter was presented to C.P. Abdulmajid Ali and after going through it, he became afraid and knew that his evil plans with the state governor and speaker Uwajumogu were up. He quickly excused himself from the Senior Police Officers (from Abuja) who were in his office, and went to his secretary’s office and alerted Governor Okorocha on Phone, that my wife and I were about being taken to Force headquarters Abuja on the instructions of the DIG (F CID). Immediately Governor Okorocha heard from CP Abdulmajid Ali (On phone) of the presence of Senior Police Officers from Force Headquarters in Owerri to effect my wife and I’s transfer to Abuja for further investigation on the murder allegation, he went insane and totally mad.
He came out openly to stop our transfer to Abuja. His Aide de Camp (ADC), MR. Chims Eberendu led other aides of the governor to the police command to physically frustrate our transfer to Abuja. Mr. Eberendu came to my cell 7 and changed the padlock key and also went into the office of the Deputy Commissioner of Police to demand for our case file, which he took away. The Senior Police officers were shocked by the development and they went back to Abuja the following day 25th of July 2014. The Commissioner of Police was issued with a query from Force Headquarters for disregarding the directive of the DIG to hand us over to those senior police officers. On my part, I did a press release alerting the whole world on the mis-behaviour of the Imo Police Commissioner and his refusal to hand us over to those police officers from Abuja and also the rascally behavior of the man parading himself as Governor and his Aide de Camp (ADC) Mr. Chims Eberendu.
In a bid to deceive the Imo Public on his most despicable act, CP Abdulmajid Ali instructed the Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), Mr. Andew Enwerem to issue a press release denying that Senior Police Officers from Force Headquarters came to effect our transfer to Abuja. The Press release was in all the Local Newspapers in the state capital and aired on the state government controlled Radio and television stations. The PPRO Mr. Andrew Enwerem was so irresponsible and shameless that he denied the presence of Senior Police Officers from Force Headquarters in Owerri to take us to Abuja.
This wicked action was followed by the direct instruction of Governor Rochas Okorocha to the Imo Police Command to kill me, through food poisoning. This instruction was taken as a project by the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Mr. David Folawiyo.
Firstly, I was banned from coming out to see my visitors.
Secondly, I was moved from cell 7 to cell 5 and later to cell 8, and later again to cell 3 and cell 1 and finally to cell 7 again. All these were done to break me down. Again when my brothers and Sisters came to see me and my wife, it was only my wife that was allowed to come out (from her cell 6) to see them. Again the police would insist on taking my food from my wife on the pretence that they wanted to bring it to me. Of course I read in-between the line and knew that they were out to poison me the way they poisoned one Mr. Innocent Ekeanyanwu in 1996 on the instruction of ritualists and occult men in the state who wanted to cover their atrocities. I alerted the whole world in my various articles, to the effect that the police were plotting to poison my food.
It is worthy for me to mention here that after the Commissioner of Police was issued with a query by the Force Headquarters for disregarding the order of the Deputy Inspector General of Police, another signal was sent to the Imo State police command to the effect that a re-enforced team of police Officers from Force Headquarters would storm Owerri on the 8th of August 2014. So in order to thwart that directive, Governor Okorocha and Speaker Uwajumogu ordered the very compromised and commissioner of police, CP Abdulmajid Ali to arraign me and my wife in court on Thursday the 7th of August 2014. This was done and we were arraigned in magistrate court 1 presided over by Chief magistrate Victoria Isiguzo. Because magistrate courts do not have jurisdiction over murder cases, Mrs. Victoria Isiguzo remanded us at the Owerri Federal Prisons. Let me quickly point out that Mrs. Isiguzo showed compassion on us but she had to do her job. I am therefore not in any way angry with her. Infact on the three occasions we appeared before her, she further showed compassion on us.

AT THE OWERRI FEDERAL PRISONS
Before we arrived at the prisons, news and words had already reached the prison authorities and even the inmates that Citizen SAMUELSON IWUOHA and his innocent wife were on their way. The authorities received us well and my wife was taken to the female section while I was taken to the male section. There are about 2000 prison inmates at the Owerri Federal prisons. While about 50 are females, 1950 are males. Also there are about 38 cells in all; 36 of them are male cells while only 2 are female cells. Convicted inmates have their cells, while awaiting trial inmates have their own as well. Conversely, as an “awaiting trial inmate” I was put in 1 WARD 2 cells. Throughout my stay at the prisons (from 7th August 2014 to 27th of April 2015), I was treated well by the prison authorities. From the controller, Deputy Controller, Chief Warder, Yard Master, Church Chaplin, junior and senior staff etc. They all treated us well. They even protected us from Imo State Government aggression. For example, they ensured that I was not transferred to Umuahia prisons. The man parading himself as the governor of Imo State (Mr. Rochas Okorocha) plotted with his crime partner; Benjamin Uwajumogu to have me transferred to Umuahia prisons. Their actual plot was to attack the vehicle taking me to Umuahia prisons; shoot the Prison warden officers on their legs and then murder me. After which they will alert the whole world that my supporters wanted to rescue me, but Almighty God frustrated their evil plan. Also in a bid to ensure that we ate prison food, governor Okorocha and speaker Uwajumogu specifically instructed that approval for our self feeding should not be granted, but to the glory of Almighty God, we were unofficially allowed to eat food brought form my house on daily basis. Okorocha sent his spies to monitor my movement at the prisons, but the prison inmates formed a wall of protection around me. Also Okorocha constantly plotted to have me poisoned but Almighty God made it impossible for him to penetrate into my prison network; hence he connived and plotted with his crime partner, Benjamin Uwajumogu to have me transferred to Umuahia prisons. But the evil plot still failed. They actually plotted to attack the vehicle transferring me to Umuahia prisons in a bid to assassinate me and thereafter announce to the whole world that my supporters attempted to rescue me which resulted to a gun duel that killed me. The entire evil plots failed like a pack of badly arranged cards.
AT THE COURT AND OKOROCHA PLOT TO FRUSTRATE ME
The devil plots to kill, steal, destroy and frustrate the children of God but the upright will always emerge victorious and triumphant. The evil one and his human agents plotted to silence our Lord Jesus Christ because of what God was doing through him. But in the end, they failed woefully and the glory of Almighty God continued to manifest in various forms and shapes across the globe. Conversely, my socio-political crusades and activities which have become the center of attraction and at the same time a threat to the criminal and occult cabal of Rochas Okorocha must continue to manifest in various forms to the glory of Almighty God. But the devil and his agents must show its disdain for my activities because my activities have continued to expose their works. To this end, Rochas Okorocha and his cohorts in a bid to frustrate me instructed the Department of Public Prosecution (DPP) not to file any information based on police report. He told them that he wanted the matter to be delayed so that my wife and I would continue to languish in prisons custody. While these were happening, Rochas Okorocha invited Hon. Justice Paschal Nnadi (who is now the chief judge of the state) to his office to inform him of his desire to perpetually keep me and my wife in prison and that since he (Hon. Justice Nnadi) was a fellow member of Reformed Ogboni Fraternity, that he (Okorocha) would need him to assist in executing the plot. Okorocha pointedly told Nnadi that his court would be used for the assignment and all matters relating to me would be assigned to his High Court 3. Hon. Justice Nnadi agreed. Meanwhile, the Human Right groups had sued the state government and the state police for our unlawful and illegal arrest and detention. Curiously, the matter was assigned to Justice Paschal Nnadi’s court (High court 3).
After waiting for over two months for the DPP to file their report on the murder case without success, my lawyers applied for motion bails for my wife and myself.. It should be noted that we were remanded in prison custody on the 7th of August 2014 while my lawyers applied for motion bails for us in October 2014. Again curiously, our bail applications were assigned to Justice Paschal Nnadi’s High court 3. It took the miracle and intervention of Almighty God before my wife’s bail application got moved to High court 4. Okorocha firmly told or rather instructed Hon. Justice Paschal Nnadi never to grant me bail. So when the motion bail first came for hearing in October 2014, Hon. Justice Paschal Nnadi adjourned it to November 25th 2014. When I appeared on that adjourned date, Justice Paschal Nnadi was nowhere to be found. The matter was again adjourned to the 10th of December 2014. A drama openly played out on the 10th of December 2014 when Hon. Justice Paschal Nnadi noticed that I was in court. Out of 13 cases for that day, he treated only 2 cases and stood up to the consternation of everybody and announced that all cases had been adjourned. Everybody in High court 3 that day knew that he did it to avoid granting me bail based on the instruction of the state governor. The case was later adjourned to January 16th 2015. Meanwhile High court 4 presided over Hon. Justice Irene Duruoha Igwe had granted my wife bail on the 8th of December 2014, but Rochas Okorocha and his evil partner, Benjamin Uwajumogu did everything under the sun to ensure that the bail was withdrawn. For example, Okorocha and Uwajumogu expressed displeasure over the bail granted my wife; infact Okorocha personally called the DPP and instructed them to quickly file their information in High court 3 so that normal trial and hearing could start in earnest. This was to frustrate the bail granted my wife in High court 4. Again, Okorocha directed the Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice to continually disturb the DPP to ensure that they filed their information specifically in High court 3. But Almighty God, who is the unchangeable changer, the omniscient God and Jehovah Elohim, the Impossibility Specialist etc. performed his miracle once again by ensuring that the information was not filed in High court 3 presided over by Justice Paschal Nnadi but in high court 4. At this point, let me say that Almighty God further performed another miracle which made my wife to eventually leave the prison yard on the 17th of December 2014, which is 9 days after she was granted bail.
It was therefore generally believed that on the 16th of January 2015 which was my own adjourned date of the bail application in high court 3 would be successful but Okorocha in his usual desperation reminded Justice Paschal Nnadi to remember his instruction concerning the matter. However, the judicial workers strike which took place between January and March 2015 also accelerated the plot against me. When court eventually resumed, a date was gotten for me and my wife in high court 4 and on the 15th of that April 2015, both of us appeared in court. Before then, our vibrant and ebullient lawyers had filed for the quashing of the case against us for lack of evidence and prima facie established against us. On the 27th of April 2015, the heavenly ordained High court Judge, Hon. Justice Irene .F. Duruoha Igwe quashed the case after reading her 14 paged certified true copy ruling addressed to her Jam-filled court audience. Please find attached a copy of the Judgment document. I spent a total of 328 days in illegal detention both at the Police and at the Prisons. Hon Justice Irene Duruoha-Igwe proved that the Judiciary is the hope of the oppressed, suppressed and repressed. She redeemed the battered image of the Imo judiciary. May GOD BLESS HER.

The above testimony and narrative shows the extent evil men, kidnappers, assassins, treasury looters, occult men, homosexuals ritualists etc. as represented by the Governor of Imo State (Mr. Rochas Okorocha), the Speaker of Imo State House of Assembly (Mr. Benjamin Uwajumogu), the immediate past Commissioner of police (Mr. Abdul-Majid Ali), the immediate past Deputy commissioner of police (Mr. David Folawiyo), the chief of staff to the speaker (Mr. Kodichi Anamekwe), Emeka Ahaneku and their cohorts could go to fight the children of God as represented by an upright man and his honest wife, Citizen (Dr) IKENNA SAMUELSON IWUOHA AND MRS. CHIOMA SAMUELSON IWUOHA. Once Satan plots to bring you into his enclave or system and fails, he then moves to fight you with all his might. But when you stand firm and give Satan and his agents the beatings of their lives, you will emerge victorious to the glory of Almighty God.
In Daniel chapter 10, we see a glimpse of the devil’s activities on the global scale. One of the devils chief lieutenants is described as the “Prince of Persia”. Every nation has a prince of the kingdom of darkness assigned to it. This powerful spirit prince has a legion of lesser spirits under him. They carry out his orders and through them Satan maintains his kingdom and accomplishes his purpose of deceiving men as well as destroying and seducing them. There is a spiritual kingdom of darkness comprised of principalities and powers which are strictly under the influence of organized forces of wickedness which seek to bend men and women to their satanic will. “Then the devil took Jesus Christ up on a high mountain, and showed him all the kingdoms of the world in a moment of time. And the devil said to him ‘’’all these authority and glory I will give to you, if you bow down and worship me’’’? Under Satan, there are subordinate forces of darkness who in turn have armies of demons under them. They work towards one purpose, which is to bring all inhabitants of this world under their control.
In Nigeria, these subordinate forces of darkness operate under various platforms like:
1. Reformed Ogboni Fraternity
2. Marine Spirits Fraternity(occult secret society for homosexuals and lesbians)
3. And other secret societies.
They lure unsuspecting Nigerians into occultism, cultism, ritual activities, homosexuality’s and lesbianism, constant spilling of blood through assassinations, occult arranged accidents and human rituals, burying of charms prepared with new born babies, aborted babies and adopted babies.
But the word of God is saying that “for this purpose, our Lord Jesus Christ was manifested so that he might destroy the works of the devil (1John chapter 3 verse 8b). Conversely, I make bold to state that our Lord Jesus Christ is still manifesting in the children of God such as genuine men of God, anointed socio- political crusaders, true prophets etc. And the works of the devil will continue to be destroyed and exposed to the glory of God, Amen.
Therefore, as a true and genuine anointed socio-political crusader, I will completely expose these evil men in the likes of Governor Rocha’s Okorocha, Benjamin Uwajumogu and their cohorts to the glory of Almighty God.
Before I conclude the part one of this testimony and narrative, I will most humbly plead with Imo citizens, Nigerians, the Global community, presidency and security agencies to ask the following questions.
1. How did speaker Uwajumogu know that a young man (Franklin Okoli) was killed in front of my house and he informed the police, when he resides at federal Housing Estate Umuguma, whereas citizen IKENNA SAMUELSON IWUOHA reside at Ikenegbu layout extension, a distance of about 4km apart?
2. How come the Imo police command fully participated in the security meeting on 5th June 2014 at Governor House, to discuss and find out those behind the murder of Architect Franklin Okoli and others, yet they pretended they did not participate?
3. What was the speaker’s Chief Security Officer (Mr. Omeudo) doing inside the office of my IPO on the 5th of June 2014 with the IPO?
4. How come the Imo police command received the names of the 5 persons who actually murdered Architect Franklin Okoli in that security meeting but has till this moment refused to arrest them?
5. Could it be that arresting those 5 persons would unmask governor Okorocha and speaker Uwajumogu as the sponsor of the assassination attempt on citizen IKENNA SAMUELSON IWUOHA and the eventual murder of Architect Franklin Okoli?
6. Before the incident of 3rd June 2014, did Citizen SAMUELSON raise alarm that his life was in danger? Did he send a copy of press release alerting the world that speaker Uwajumogu threatened to kill him to CP Abdulmajid Ali of the Imo State police command?
7. Did Citizen SAMUELSON send a copy of the petition he wrote to EFCC exposing the criminal and fraudulent activities of speaker Benjamin Uwajumogu to Imo police commissioner weeks before the incident of 3rd June 2014?
8. Did the commissioner of police and his Deputy (Adul Majid Ali and David Folawiyo) confide to prominent people in Imo State that Citizen SAMUELSON was totally innocent of the murder of Franklin Okoli but that they were under instruction by the State Governor (Okorocha) and speaker Uwajumogu to carry out the illegal arrest, detention and help cover up their crime?
9. Did the chief of staff (Sir. Jude Ejiogu) lead a delegation on Friday the 6th of June 2014 to meet citizen IKENNA SAMUELSON IWUOHA at the Imo police command and apologize to him and his wife, and also effected their release before the commissioner and Deputy commissioner of police alerted the speaker who in turn called the governor on phone to stop the release?.
(10) Did the Force Headquarters send senior police officers from Abuja to effect the transfer of Citizen SAMUELSON IWUOHA and his wife and did governor Okorocha, come out openly to stop that order from Force Headquaters?
10. Why did Okorocha order the Imo police not to arrest the 5 persons who killed Architect Franklin Okoli?
11. Why is Governor Rocha’s Okorocha afraid of Citizen IKENNA SAMUELSON IWUOHA?
The above questions deserve answers because the ability to respond to them will determine the truth or otherwise of what is going on in Imo State.
In the part two of this testimony and narrative, we will look at the reasons why that evil man called Rocha’s Okorocha is afraid of Citizen IKENNA SAMUELSON IWUOHA and why he is afraid of being exposed by Citizen SAMUELSON.
