Dear governor-elect of Taraba state,Arc.Darius Ishaku,I hope pastors and Rev.Fathers are already praying to sanctify and remove all the "demonic and satanic forces the former Acting governor of the State ( Alh.Garba Umar a.k.a UTC),left behind and all the occultic and fetish materials (Alh.Danladi Sani), the current Acting governor is about to leave behind on May 29,2015.If not done yet,then be ready for every negative attacks and under achievements that will come your way.
Please governor-elect be wise and protect your spiritual flanks.
It is my fervent prayer that you will see leadership as a game of football.
Sir,you may be wondering why,I likened leadership as a game of football. Just because the way the game bring joy to some homes. It can also attract sorrow when your team is not performing. The world today is saluting Barcelona F.C of Spain as the eight wonder of the world. All the abjectives have been exhausted in the lexicon and there is nothing new to described the engmatic club that has brought a renew vibrancy to the beautiful game. It is not always easy to get on top of any game.
Dear governor-elect, in football,what matters most is the ability and determination of the manager to attract the right players to form an impregnable team like the one in Barcelona F.C.
The players must be world class before a team can archive monumental results like Barcelona, Real Madrid, Juventus and Bayern Munich F.C. A club that fails to invest in outstanding players like Messi,Rinaldo and Hazard among others has already failed in advance. Football now is never a game of trial by error. Any supporter of football would be proud of Barcelona F.C of Spain. Their tiki-taka pattern of play is always sweet to watch. The are magicians who mesmerized every spectator with their rarefied display of supernatural soccer. Dear governor-elect,that is the caliber of team you need to assemble for your cabinet to excel in its duties. Commissioners, Advisers and SSA are like football players. Only the best and the most accomplished must be attracted. Football managers always comb the world in search of soccer stars.
Sir,there is every need for you to comb every nook and crannies of the State in search of outstanding Men and Women of archivements.
Sir,in selecting your team,you must be bold to tell your party apparatchik in very clear terms what criteria you are applying in forming your cabinet. The ubiquitous godfather should not be allowed to install incompetent cronies. They must meet the required standards.
Sir, in selecting your team, you need to bring together a potpourri of experience and fresh players. The experience once would always understand the nature of the game and what to do interms of crisis while the fresh players would inject stamina and style of play required to win resoundingly.
