Free Kick: Tinubu's Rise vs Peter Obi's Failure

Looking at Tinubu reminds me of how far Peter Obi has failed.

Instead of building APGA same way Tinubu built APC, Obi slaved APGA for 8 years.

As Tinubu parades himself as the only Civilian Presidential Kingmaker in Nigeria, Peter Obi is fighting Willie Obiano while celebrating Board Chairmanship.

Still, some e-thugs, gullible public and myopic followers are still chanting "Okwute".

Obi had all the privileges enjoyed by Tinubu and even more as APGA followers could trek miles on empty stomach unlike their AD/AC/ACN/APC counterparts.

While Tinubu galvanized followers through selfless exposures and strong political alliances, Peter led APGA with hunger, impoverished his followers and led them into unholy alliances.

Worst still, Obi now does all he can to destroy a harmless man who seems to be born with the true spirit to lift APGA and spread the Igbo reach.

Just like Fashola of Lagos, Obiano has started well but Obi won't play the brave fatherly role like Tinubu and Donald Duke instead he engages pseudos and all indirect channels to discredit Chief Willie Obiano.

I weep for our younger generation who destroy their future by playing Obi's e-thugs; a man who could not empower them after 8 years of governorship.
