A Peep At The Election Of Anambra State
Congratulations my Governor for the semi peaceful election ,also congratulation for finally getting rid of the canker worm that has been eating your Government deep and sucking it dry.
Sir,I want to say it loud and clear that SENATOR ELECT IYOM EKWUNIFE ,THE LADY WITH A MIDAS TOUCH,THE OHAMADIKE BU CHOICE .This woman made me to shrink with awe the way she completely deflated the magical air in that LONG RED CAP .Imagine the FUND you pumped into electing VICTOR UMEH AS THE APGA CANDIDATE ,I know the feeling ,you want to enthrone him so that it will look as if you showed your predecessor ,to show that you defeated Peter Obi but the gospel truth is that I warned you on many occasions ,not because I wanted to but because i have the obligation to do that, and for the survival of our party.
I told you that Peter Obi is not only an ENIGMA or ICON but that he is an institution ,na onye na etiya okpo na eti akpa aja ,I know that he has this elastic nature that allows him to take pressure and still walks away as if na odiro eshi .
Now you see without him responding to all the VIDEO PRODUCTION ,to all the INTERNET MUDSLINGING ,to all the state sponsored character assassinations against him ,see how he softly and mildly dealt a deadly blow to those pests that loitered around his giant stride .Not only did he take all the SENATORIAL SEATS with him ,he retired SIR VICTOR UMEH the OPUTA OSU NKE MBU na alaigbo .
Yes,Uche Ekwunife the Agu Nwanyi that tamed Victor Umeh knows that OKWUTE is the MAN to follow and she followed him and see her now smiling as the LADY that knocked off the RED CAP off the bended head of the TOMB RAIDER .What we expected this man to do is what Jonathan did ,to accept defeat in good faith ,congratulate this good woman ,leave APGA in good hands and relocate to OJUKWU,S TOMB to cry for the rest of his life ,as we all know that he LOVE living and dancing on GRAVES.
I also wonder why it is only PDP candidates that are democratic enough ,they accept any result no matter how unholy it is and move on but APC and my party APGA will continue acting as baby that is still sucking breast.
What I learnt in politics is that there is no permanent base ,no permanent party ,no permanent friend but permanent interest and those you fought today will be same you will wine and dine with tomorrow ,so why killing ourselves over what will not last for more than 4 years ?
HIS EXCELLENCY ,I know I told you what will be the result of backing Victor Umeh,I told you the consequence of going against OKWUTE but you preferred to listen to those phycophantic idiots that parade self around you as political know all. They have only one thing in mind, to still stay on your good book and continue milking the state dry ,but me ,I do not crave your appointment or money ,I am doing what I believe that is best for you which will benefit my state in General .After all you still owe me for the money I spent during your election and I have not asked you WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO PAY IT BACK ,I know na onye ugwo nucha ogu ,okwuo ugwo oji [a debtor after fighting must pay that debt]
Moving on to the last Saturday charade which we called election in ANAMBRA STATE .I was alarmed on the broad day light robbery and manipulations ,the inclusion of Hoodlums on the list of the STATES solution to electoral winning.
The election was a great fraud and shame ,what made me to ask ma mmadu onokwo na ulo within the house of PDP was when you changed all the APGA SPO OFFICERS that will represent APGA on WARD levels just a night before the election and not even one person from PDP COUNTERED or complained .They simply left the neophytes to face a Gladiator in a cage contest ,but I digress .
One good thing I love about the result is that despite the UNHOLY ACT of the OFFICE ,the opposition party did nor cry wolf ,they did not march thugery to HOODLUM ,they simply accepted the phrase “there is always tomorrow” and I saw chest beating and smirk on faces that are suppose to wear shame ,but I digress again.
I was aghast that PDP STAKEHOLDERS abandoned the candidates for house of assembly to slug it out with the state house, a mission that looks like paring a CHICK AND A KITE in a FIGHT OF FURRY ,well they saw the result of an AGGRESSIVE and desperate government .Good news is that ,I am happy you my GOVERNOR have stepped up to the plate and made some people same way OKWUTE MADE you ,but the greater news is that as long as KARMA never disappoint ,I am sure this entire members of the house of assembly will pay you back with the same ATTITUDE you paid the man that made you.
They will start a day after swear in to wage WAR on all front against you ,that is the only way you can understand the pains of NKITA INYU NSI EBE ANA ATORO YA NRI .Unless the laws of retributive justice no longer exist but if it does ,you will have hostility from over 26 aggressive men you sweated blood to brought to place of comfort ,the same way PETER OBI sweated and against all odd and made you Governor ,then you paid him back with the same thing this 26 members of the house will pay you into 26 places.
Sir,My old man will say “kama ochi ga achi ozu ya na ime ite ofe agadi nwanyi ,nya chia uzo ya na dimta siriwelu gbaa oso” [instead for him OGINI the Bush rat will grace the dinner plate of an old woman ,it is better people laugh on the path he ran why escaping from the hunter ].You may shudder on what people will say after all the MOVIES you made against OBI and you go to him for peace ,yes ,it is part of the price you pay to become a politician ,but the most important thing now is to make sure that you finish serving one term as the Governor .If you judge the result of the STATE ASEMBLY ,which you know how lopsided it was ,I will simply in all honesty remind you what my old woman will say “nwata ana Erika buna etinyere ya na Nne ya” [a child eats marvelously is when the kid is paired with the mother].
The state assembly is a small fly that has strength of local champion ,compare it to next GUBERNETORIAL ELECTION ,that is when the big wigs ,the TIMBERS AND IROKOS will step up ,then recruiting all those hoodlums that was used in state assembly will be a childs play because the play mates you will meet then are those that can play SURUGEDE AND ALSO DANCE IKWORIRIKWO .This is why you must start now to mend the fences you broke ,maka na agha akara aka adiro eri ngworo .
What is this man MAZI ODERA SAYING ? he is saying that your position is precarious as it is and that you may have washed your hands so clean to break palm kernel for fowls to feast on ,this state assembly you created will become a nightmare you never saw and before next election ,you will remember that this MAZI ODERA told you without carrying water in his mouth that you will meet a waterloo and before then a most turbulent governance from your boys .
