HOW TO EXERCISE AT HOME

There are so many reasons why most people don't exercise. For some, going to the gym is a challenge either because of its cost or the time to do so. Most people travel a lot and most time they don't have access to a gym facility. In our society today, environmental issues are another factor that discourages exercise. Road walk or jogging is a good exercise that helps keep you healthy and strong but the roads have to be safe for you to either walk or jog. For some reasons many people often wish for an alternative that could help them exercise within their house without the use of a gym equipment. Here are some ways you can do so.

1. DANCE TO YOUR FAVOURITE SONG: Some do this without knowing that they are exercising, you can burn lots of calories to just dancing to a 4 minutes song playing from your stereo. Instead of watching drama series or listening to talk show tune your device to a music channel and dance all along.

2. WALK AROUND: If you have a flight of stairs, going up and down severely would help tone your leg and give you some low impact aerobics exercise. While watching TV, do not use the remote to switch channels or control the volume instead walk to the TV and use the buttons on it each time you want to control it. If you do this you will be amazed at how many calories you can burn just watching TV

3. JUMP JACKS: This is a great way to warm up your body and get your heart rate raised. It is a very simple but effective way to boost up your cardio. If you do 50 jump jacks daily, it can help develop your stamina and condition your heart. You must have a healthy lower body to do this.

4. PUSH-UPS: The beauty of this exercise is that you can do it anywhere and at any time you want to boost your strength. Most people don't like to do this exercise because of its intensity, if you cannot do the full push-up please do the modified version of it. Do at least 20 per day as a beginner or 50 reps if you can.
