Court Clears Hurdles For General Buhari To Contest Presidential Election

BEVERLY HILLS, March 25, (THEWILL) – The Federal High Court in Abuja, Nigeria's capital city, presided over by Justice Adeniyi Ademola, has adjourned all the lawsuits challenging the eligibility of the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), General Muhammadu Buhari, to participate in Saturdays presidential election.

Justice Ademola Wednesday adjourned further action on the suits till April 22 and April 23.

The court's action clears the path for General Buhari to participate in the election.
