Observations On 1 Year Anniversary, A Tuesday Born Again Report Card

My fraternal greetings once again ,this time I come with Mix feelings but that will be after I send this BIG CONGRATULATIONS on marking your 1 st year in the office as the Governor of my state ,ANAMBARA the LIGHT OF THE NATION .

Having done that ,I will like to proceed to the business of the day ,Seems your advisers hate to tell you the truth or they love to see you come out stinking in sweat. Imagine how they,ve made you to lose face by the many bad actions they,ve organised for your exalted office and at the end of the day , it can be best described as wasted effort .

They made you to commission AGAIN the REVENUE HOUSE ,a project started and finished by Fmr Gov Obi,then the worst is your E RATS,they are more confused than the OCHA BRIGADE ,singing like Canary over what they don,t know and the bad spot is that, they seems to be deaf or hard hearing when one wants to educate them free from all charges. They specialize on throwing tantrums ,cursing in greek and Arabic .

There is this paid advertorial on Sun newspaper of Sunday, March 8 , an article written by one Chinedu Obigwe entitled; Obiano Administration, Beacon of Hope for Ndi Anambra ,lot of things provided in that piece are blatant white lies and the funny aspect is that it is verifiable ,let me show you some ,after all my old man will always remind me “itupu Nkita akpi,igosi ya ,ka ogbara idi ka ituru ya mbo” [if you extract a lice from a Dog ,better show it to the Dog before the Dog will think you are pinching her]

1. Security: We know you,ve continued the good work of making sure that ndi ori na ndi ama remains history in our state ,but your e rats keep singing that you,ve performed miracle on security that you have single handedly vanquished Criminals and Kidnappers from the state ,but somebody should call them by the side and give them some friendly knock and remind them. Today there is no kidnapping in other states of the South East and South South. That means Kidnapping is phasing out or would they say that your security also stopped them in ABIA,ENU UGWU,IMO ,EBONYI ?,if it was as a the strength of your security muscles ,those ndi amakaekwu would,ve relocated to nearby states but that is not the case ,it simply means that the same GOD that eradicated EBOLA did same magic on kidnappers and Robbers and I know that GOD will not like to share the glory of his work,so ndia kwusi irako gin a Chi ukwu .

2. Establishment of Anambra State Investment Promotion and Protection Agency- But they did not name one single investment they have attracted. Meaning they are not plus but a minus and such offices should wake up and show us that they are worthy of such commitment ,they should show us which project they,ve attracted and it is working ,not the one that signed MOU ,but the one on the ground and running even with snail speed.

3 He also gave you credit for establishing Anambra State material testing laboratory- The sweet sour truth is that Those buildings were started, completed and furnished by Mr. Peter Obi before the FINAL push.

4. The said Obidigwe wrote that you increased the State Internally generated Revenue to 1.1 Billion Naira. We remember that Fmr Gov Obi moved it from 200 Million to 500 Million. Yours is commendable, as long as it will not be a dangerous burden to the business in our state and also create a hostile environment for business in the state and may put ndi AGBORO who works as collection agents and the less privilege traders that gets the tail end of the extortion.

5. That your administration partnered with the UNDP to rid Anambra of filth by setting up recycling plant for treatment of household waste. It will be good if the state are made to know the location of the recycling plant for on sight verification for Thomases and critics who may disagree and may assume that it is another round of HIGH noise ,because my personal mantra is SHOW ME BU GOSIM .

6 He gave you credit for the Distribution of 3 Million nets. Little did he know that Obi procured those nets and kept them for you to use it for a good kick off.

7. He labored to tell us that you Signed an agreement for the building of an Independent power Plant – What of the one Obi was building has it been cancelled ?

8He talked about Clearing of 1.9 Billion salary owned Water corporation workers He was,nt educated that the money were forcefully withdrawn by the Water Corporation through garnishing order. Also he should,ve known that the money was what Obi attracted from the Federal government for erosion projects in the State.

9. Rebuilt 1300 schools in the State- as if he will name one ,I remember that it was OBI that did those schools and more ,unless there is new one which we do not know and will like to know ,so naming them will do us some good for record purposes.

10 He said you Continued all the projects started by your predecessor. I know that the only on going project in the state are ROADS in AGULERI and 3 BRIDGES that led to no where along ENUGWU AWKA road .Ok,I will not deny the fact that your Government bought some POLICE PLASTIC CUBICLES at the whooping cost of 5 million per plastic.

Also you made an innovative move by buying 100 HORSES for the police ,even though I do not know what the use for such maka na azuchabero mmadu oburuzie izu Horse.

The Christmas Decoration at upper Iweka has come and gone but the people that supplied you that muscled the state with exorbitant prices ,but that is in the past ,only ozo emezina .Then we bought some BUSES from India at very exorbitant prices even though our own INNOSON build a better quality with lesser price and also the maintainance of INNOSSON product is one year free but with TATA MOTORS INDIA ,that will mean another avenue for spent thrift,but I move on..

His Excellency ,I hope that this your Media boys that are on facebook to boast on how they are good in killing people will not send me another DEATH REMINDER over this ?,last week ,they sent me many death threats and I was wondering who sanctioned it ?i was thinking that this must be an executive contract ,because of the boldness they are making the threat , if not they would,nt be that eloquent .In my hood they said na nwata nna ya dunyere ori ,na eji ukwu agbawa uzo [a child that was commissioned by his father for Armed robbery ,goes about it without fear or respect].

I was happy anyway that they made the death threat open few days before I wanted to ANSWER A CALL FOR TRUCE AND PEACE MEETING ,meaning that GOD is on my side ,because oburu na njere that ije,I would,nt have had enough time to write my WILL ,but I may be wrong.

My only plea is that if it is the Government that wants my head on the chopping block ,there is no need to send all this goons before they kill an innocent person in place of me ,let the Government send for me OFFICIALLY and I will write my WILL ,then get to choose if they will slash my neck or remove my PRICK first or give me poison ,after all this is democracy,so I get to choose how I will GO maka Chineke kwado .

Sir ,some of us that are disciples of Chief Peter Obi are like the followers of CHOSEN CHURCH,in Chosen you will see a Professor, Bank Manager, CEO of multi million naira company wearing TARPULIN ,a yellow one at that atop a very good suit, the annoying part of this, is that they believe the tarpaulin carry odeshi ,but I digress ,what I am pointing out is that they believe with all their heart. There is this government wasting land between ASUDEB and MINISTRY OF WORKS at Number 1 Works road ,very close to Federal Science and Technical college,Mountain of Fire and miracle centre and Prison. Seems they want to make that a private station that will be vending Fuel ,when we do not have garage or Bus park ,so that all those TATA OVER SIZE buses will have a garage and a place where it will be convenient for them to board or discharge passengers and also park at the end of the days work without constituting nuisance to the city.It is because of lack of Bus space and stand that makes all this Buses to converge at UNIZIK TEMP SITE JUNCTION ,KEKE with OKADA helped to make sure that the place is rowdy and spill unto the Road and thereby from time to time all this Big Lorries coming or going to Enugwu will always use human beings for WAGE by crushing many alive.

PROCEEDING –
I still want to report your advisers to you ,like I said in the beginning of this Report ,seems they are set to make you always step in land filled with FECES ,that way you will be smelling like the FECES. Maybe some of them will be fired and replaced with those that can tell you a very BITTER truth that will be painful but result oriented.

Anybody that advised you to bring Contractors in the state on the 8 March to your COUNTRY HOME AT AGULERI to come and raise political fund is unfair to you ,my old man will say “Onye ubiam adiro aza omee okachie” this men are being owed serious money for jobs done for the state ,infact tons of money and the ministry made them promises of payment of 20% ,promises that is yet to be actualised and suddenly they want them to come and donate money ? the money will come from where ?,that was the reason the thing was a flop ,did you know that the Contractors decided that none of them will donate more than 1 million naira ? ,well they made the pledge of 10 million when threats and appeal and begging where used to cajole them. This people are not the best for such fund raiser now ,they are in difficulty and want, because they need to get paid to finish the projects ,but instead of signing the PAYMENT CERTIFICATES they generated ,the story keep entering VOICE MAIL ,ka anyi si kwo oburu anyi ?

ZOOMING BACK TO MISPLACED CREDIT –
One of this fraudulent e –RATS posted a picture of the twin building housing - Awka Capital Development Agency and ANSIPPA as your project. That building is the property of Chief Uche Michael Ezenagu [ST MICHAELS from UMUZOCHA in AWKA] of Millennium Industries.

Both agencies of the Government paid 3 million pay year for three years for the property starting from JUNE 2014 barely a month after you inaugurated the ten man board of ACDA chaired by Chika Egwuatu and ANSIPA by Igwe Cyril on May 15 2014, coming to a total of N18 Million. Why should your media idiots tell that kind of lie again and again? ,do they think that lies will replace reality ?

Sir ,I am pointing all this out so that they do not give you credits for them today during the one year anniversary in office, so they won,t get rebuttals that will make it seems your government is based of serial lies . Call them to order ,so that they will stop dragging your name through the mud of lies .

SIGNING OUT ;I know the invitation for the ANNIVERSARY may miss on it,s way to Sir, PETER OBI but I expect to be there invited or not and will make a live feed to my friends on facebook ,that is if I can get a guarantee that your e-rats will not carry out the sentence on me today during or after the event at EKWUEME SQUARE .

NOTE ;if they kill me ,who will be doing my TUESDAY duties of bringing you a report Card ?

OFF THE RECORD ;Sir,this is for your ears only ,kindly summon the ACCOUNTANT GENERAL of the state and have a heart to heart discussion of the state of our Finance ,from the way things are going ,from the present situation of the state Finance ,if something is not done urgently ,if so many things are not cut back drastically ,I doubt if the state will be able to pay salaries in the next 6 months without going borrowing .

Sir ,that can be circumvented if the accountant General can be able to speak freely and frankly with you and suggest on areas to be sliced ,the areas to be fortified and the areas to take out completely.

Sir ,with all sincerity ,things are in a very bad shape in terms of our finance and there is no need to cover it with blanket ,because it will keep getting worse ,but face it FACE ON ,let those that will talk do the talking ,let those that wlll laugh do the laughing but it will make you to finish strong and with good record ,after all ogini said okanma na ochi chiri uzo ya na dimta siri gbaa oso ,kama ichi ozu ya na ite agadi nwanyi .
