Festus Ejete: A Young Prophet of God with an Authority

Rev. Festus Ejete is the General Overseer of Christ Faith Tabernacle Ministries International. He hails from Idheze-Irri in Isoko South Local Government Area of Delta State. He attended both his primary and secondary education in Nigeria before proceeded to Ghana for religious studies to better his calling in God's kingdom.

One thing about Rev.Festus Ejete is that, he had no creative background, though his parents were Christians but he fought his way out of excruciating poverty of Isoko nation. He was relegated to the footnote because nobody was ready to assist him in life. Having worked in different unholy environment to make ends meet but was determined to succeed in life. He created a platform for leadership development in life and decided to pursue his location. Seeing himself as a prophetic servant of God in Nigeria and Isoko nation and he discovered his talent in native gospel music where he took the market unaware for greater exploit. Whoever thought that Festus Ejete,a dustbin pastor who never expected any favour from anyone could eventually become the cynosure of all Isoko pastors and musicians in Nigeria. He is not carried away by the things of this world rather interested in giving back to the society. He has helped in a little way alleviating poverty in Isoko nation over the years.

Though, Rev.Festus Ejete started his ministry from a swamp of Aminu Ishola of Alaba –Oro but was determined to erase that insult to result and today his ministry is sought after in Nigeria and African countries. He is not a prophet that blows his own trumpet but ready to speak according to God's instruction and nothing more.Today, Festus Ejete is a talented musician whose songs are played on Supercreen TV on daily basis through one of his close friends, Engr.James Oke who saw talent and future in him. He is a prophet of God with his words and creative mindset to the core. Most of his messages on weekly and Sunday services are centred on creativity and how to be self-independent. He does not inveigle members rather speaks reality to them. He has built one of the largest cathedrals in Lagos and has become a landlord of his own in just a space of 13 years in sojourning in poverty. He does not copy other people jobs or prophecies in life. He has one of the best pastors in Isoko who sees him as a mentor to them and not greedy in life. He runs a ministry of creative ideas that is why Mindset Media Limited described him as a “Creative Idealist of the 21st century”. He does not run a ministry of husband and wife but a transparent one that makes his pastors and members felt the presence of God in his calling. Prince Chikere,a vibrant ghost preacher once described Festus Ejete as an” Holy Man “ that runs ministry with credibility. His religious vibrancy has earned him respect in his community in recent past years. He is one man that challenged Chief Joshua Uturu when the crisis of Idheze-Irri was no go area.

Lastly, Festus Ejete has received two awards from Mindset Media Limited as one of the best Lagos-based Isoko musician with knowledge who is acclimatized with current situation of life. He has over 6 music albums to his credit. He has travelled far and wide in ministering the word of God through evangelism. He is the only Isoko musician that has his own cathedral of worship in Lagos. His creativity in gospel music has earned him respect among his fellow musicians. He was formerly the chairman of United Christian Musicians Association of Nigeria (UNICMAN) Lagos chapter founded by Evang Emmanuel Ofano.He has granted different media interviews both the print and electronic and remains articulate in the word of God. He is an avid reader of the gospel and preaches salvation to his members.In no distance, Christ Faith Tabernacle would be aired on Satellite TV where all Isokos will watch a man of God who started from nobody to somebody. He identifies with pastors of vision. He is a down-to-earth prophet of God and ready to solve other peoples' problems than his own. He is one of the progressive pastors Idheze-Irri town has ever produced alongside with Prophet Monday Gold of Grace Truth and Holiness Bible Church. He is happily married and blessed with children.
