The Rivers State Peoples Democratic Party Campaign Organisation has denied cloning the non existent blue print of the APC governorship candidate DakukuPeterside, describing him as a confused mind.

In a statement issued by Barr Emma Okah, Chairman, Media and Publicity Committee of the PDP Campaigns in Rivers State, the Organisation said that the PDP Governorship blueprint which was presented yesterday is a product of a painstaking effort by highly reputable Rivers persons after considering the failures of the APC administration in the State.

The PDP Governorship blueprint highlighted the shortcomings of the Amaechi eight years of embarrassing waste and showed the roadmap to salvage and develop the State, lift our people from the scandalous squalor that the APC government of Amaechi has inflicted on them and pursue dignified happiness for our masses through a regeneration of wealth and prosperity.

Our Blueprint is a simple way to show the APC administration the way to go. Therefore since Dakuku says we cloned his blueprint, it means the Dakuku blueprint also knocked down the Amaechi administration and pointed the way forward for the APC government led by GovChibuikeRotimiAmaechi.

Dakuku may not have intended such self indictment or destruction but he is confused and not knowledgeable as to full import of the allegation that an unregistered work, not covered by copyright laws was cloned. It is for this reason and more that we consider Dakuku's claims as premature, ill conceived, baseless and the product of a demented brain.

"Our Blueprint was straight to the point. It talked, among other things, about reducing recurrent expenditure (excluding salaries and allowances) to release more funds for capital projects contrary to the Amaechi misappropriations. We referred to the high cost of flying the State Executive Jet by Amaechi everyday even on needless trips by his friends as a drain pipe; the wasted monorail project was not executed with the prior consent of the people as Amaechi did, and we emphasized the need to provide for retirement welfare of judicial officers as a means of enhancing the anti corruption drive which Amaechi is not doing. These are all uncomplimentary results for the APC which Dakuku said we copied from him" Okah said.

There is no difference between Dakuku and Amaechi as indeed Amaechi has said that the election is between him and the PDP. The PDP's Blueprint is a flag of failure for the APC in Rivers state and since Dakuku says it is what his own Blueprint contains, then we congratulate him for vindicating the PDP that Amaechi's APC government in Rivers State has failed woefully.
